Used this hotel two years ago,it is much changed so much better. My room was lovely spotlessly clean and very well appointed. We had dinner the night we arrived the menu is not extensive but what was on offer was first class. The breakfast could not be faulted full English was a good discription. The straff were all pleasant, helpful... More

We stayed in the other side of the hotel. The one opposite, shall we say the 'not so nice ones'. We got stuck outside in the rain because the main security door had problems with our key... even though it opened our room just fine. We had to go across the street to the main reception to get someone to... More

When we arrived at the hotel, we had to move about 10 shopping trolleys (in the rain) to be able to park. We checked in and were then told that we were in their other building across a busy road. That also had no available parking. We had to take all our clothes and cases across the road, in the... More

Great hotel, we stayed in the annex which is just opposite the road, and had to cross the road to go to the breakfast, I'm not complaining, but just information, as at first when i arrived and it was already dark, it was a bit confusing. Surely can't complain. Clean, warm and cosy room, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. You wouldn't... More

Was shocked to see our room unlocked when we returned one evening!!! Told the reception who just said "that shouldn't happen". Not impressed. Parking convenient. Quiet and comfortable and free Wi-Fi was good.

I booked this hotel for my brother as my wife and I was staying in the Travelodge in Romford. It was for a 50th birthday so a overnight stay . He looked at the reports on here and refused to stay so I said we would swap with him . We are quite experienced in looking in between the lines... More

Booked this on laterooms.com. Stayed in room 231 for 2 nights, nice and clean, on ground floor next to the car park. Furnished well and bed was comfortable. The only issue was the parking later in evening, as it filled up quickly. Staff were very friendly and most helpful. Good freshly cooked breakfast. Despite all reviews the hotel was good... More

Not a good start as I couldn't find a parking space and then I had to wait for 10 minutes before anyone was at reception for check-in. Room was fine, though not entirely clean. The en suite bathroom in the eaves was fine for anyone shorter than 3ft. The biggest issue with this hotel is the noise throughout the night.... More

We would have stayed somewhere else if there had been another quality local hotel. I'm guessing that's why they can charge £75 a night and get away with the rooms as they are. We were in the so called new annex - across the road from reception - if it is new it was never a quality build. No lift.... More

This is the second time I've stayed here but my first visit to a single room plus last time stayed in the annex Couldn't park on site at first but having been greeted by the very helpful reception staff managed to locate a space I stayed in room 205 at the very top of the hotel which at first appeared...
