We stayed 2 nights here as my elderly relatives live up the road. For the money we were pleased with the room and the facilities which were clean and tidy. We were in the absence across the road which was nice and quiet. The only disappointments were the iron not working and the temperamental heating which let to a very...

I stayed in a room that appeared to have been used by a rabid dog. Stains and tears on all upholstery, burns on the carpet from cigarettes and an iron(!), plus the entire floor stank to high heaven of cigarette smoke. This wasn't just dirty, this was falling apart. Complained and was told I'd hear back from manager. Half an...

we arrived to find our room was across the main road not actually in the hotel, we also had trouble parking as this is very limited. do not stay here if you have children or you are elderly you will have to cross a busy road to get to the main reception it doesnt state this when booking. also we...

I was quite pleased with my room, first impressions were good. Decor a little tired but bed was comfy, bathroom clean. After a while in the room (308) it became apparent that the walls were very thin indeed. I could hear the guy in the next room on the phone quite clearly. Road noise was terrible, double glazing must be poor...

I can only rate the Harefield Manor on the strength of staying over for 1 night but from the start the staff were very very nice to us at reception and throughout our stay . We parked our car in the car park then dropped our luggage off there on the way to a wedding reception which was fine by...

I stayed here last Saturday as I was in the area for a friends family celebrations. It was a bit of a last minute booking so I didn't take much notice of what was available but the price for 2, including breakfast was very good for a Saturday night I thought. The hotel is a bit confusing, as there are...

Food was expensive, room was tired looking and the curtains only had half the clips on them so they couldn't be drawn properly. Breakfast was over cooked and sloppy. We were not aware the hotel had so many parts to it and we had to cross the road for breakfast in the main hotel. My advise book somewhere else.

We did an overnight stop after visiting relatives. We had a twin room 'over the road'. It was very spacious and comfortable. A very nice ensuite with all toiletries included. Breakfast was included in the price and buffet style with everything to choose from. We will be using this hotel again and would certainly recommend it.

I have to be fair, the hotel itself is lovely. This was the second time that we had stayed here. The first time we stayed in a small room which was stuffy and didn't sleep well at all. This time we decided to go all in for the junior suite. Room 204. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised that the...
