Due to the very hot weather the window was opened. Our room was on the roadside therefore the noise of traffic was horrendous. Very hot as no air con. Breakfast excellent . Room average.reception very friendly and helpful too.

I think the lead guest has to be at least 16 years old, so yes a 17 year old would be OK to stay.
