I was unable to check in online for some reason but when we arrived to check in there was 1 guest ahead of us, it was taking a little while but the receptionist on duty, I think his name was Graeham, acknowledge us,which was nice. He was very happy and helpful. We stayed in the new part of the hotel...

A trip to Cheshire Oaks needed an over night stay. Very helpful lady on reception so a good start. Our room was in a new separate block next to the Beefeater. Room was very clean and very quiet, no road noise whatsoever. Evening meal at the Beefeater was very nice and staff there were very good. The bed in our...

I stay in this hotel when travelling to Runcorn for work. It is clean, has an attached beefeater type pub and the rooms are the same as any other premier inn - comfortable and reasonably sized. Perfect for 1 or 2 nights.

We were in the new extension which according to friends who were staying in the older part, was nicer. The rooms were pleasant with a comfy bed and enough seats, plus a large TV. We had breakfast in the Beefeater which was good but a bit chaotic. The payment system seemed a bit more difficult than it needed to be,...

Great location, nice new wing with lovely new rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff as well! Overall very impressed with this hotel. Beefeater a bit busy for breakfast, but food and service really good when seated.

Clean hotel, very friendly and accommodating staff. Room got quite stuffy in the night and the air conditioning didn't work. Breakfast was awful - not much choice at the continental buffet and the cooked breakfast was dreadful - not nice food at all.

Stayed Saturday 25th March 2017. Can't fault the hotel. Huge spacious room, helpful reception (even cut me another key when I left something in the room the following day), but.... breakfast.... Went to the beefeater next door at 9:20am. Admittedly it was Mothers Day, however a 25 minute wait to use the toaster and then luke warm food. Only 6...

We booked this hotel as "half-way house" for two day trips to Liverpool and Chester. Arrived in the evening after spending the day in Liverpool. The Sat Nav directions took us on a 10 min detour (this could do with looking into) but once we found it we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist. We had a family room in...

This Premier is NEXT to a very busy fast NOISEY motorway and you will be pushed to have a conversation outside in the car park.....especially in the rain as it was when we stayed. But.....Usual high Premier Inn services, newly added rooms building is very nice with under parking, but very stuffy, but, air conditioning does work pretty well if...

Stayed here before and after going on elsewhere. On return we were put into the new annex which was unbelievably quiet considering the hotel is next to a very busy motorway. Annex car parking a big improvement on the parking at the main building which we were in on our first visit, as the car park there was almost impossible...
