I'm staying in more and more Holiday Inn sites as of late... and I'm impressed with their quality. This site however, is a total failure due to the other guests. What on earth can hotels do about this? Under renovation (According to a sign in the corridor), I wouldn't have known! Parking is ample - although my pet hate -...

Its been over 12mths since we last stayed here and its still a good base for the Cheshire Plains & Shopping in Chester & Liverpool. Food was lovely, bar staff friendly except for the duty manager (Laura) who had a face like thunder. Rooms were clean, lovely and warm. Only one bath towel between the 2 of us. Free use...

My boyfriend and I stayed here on the Saturday night during valentines weekend whilst visiting the area. Location is great, short 15 minute drive to both Cheshire Oaks and Chester Zoo and the local town 'Frodsham' is about £5 in a taxi. Fantastic location for us. Hotel was lovely, clean, modern. Room just what we needed. Free use of leisure facilities was a welcome treat. Shame the jacuzzi was out of order. The lady on reception was very polite and welcoming (possibly Christine) and remembered me when I called back for things I had left in my room. Bar staff and gym...

The hotel is well laid back from the main arterial roads. On entering, one can easily be forgiven that the hotel was closed, with an empty building immediately after the main entrance.
