Sue and Peter made us feel very welcome and said that we could come and go as we pleased. Our room was clean, light and airy. The complementary tray in our room had a very good selection of fruit teas, hot chocolate and even cappuccino and latte sachets. The cooked breakfast was delicious. This is a lovely B&B set in a lovely garden in a wonderful area. The owners are very genteel and pleasant. The breakfast was wonderful and you had a great choice of food including freshly made bread one morning. Seeing as it was summer I had breakfast in the conservatory. The rooms were pleasantly decorated with tea, coffee and hot...

My wife and I stayed at Birchwood House during a tour of the South of England, specifically because it was located within a 10 minute drive of one of our must-see locations - RHS HQ at Wisley. We received an extremely warm welcome from Sue and Peter and were shown to a very clean, bright guest room with a view...

My elderly mother lives locally, so discovering Birchwood House has been an absolute boon. Beautiful house and grounds on peaceful Surrey private estate. Very warm hosts. Spacious room with spacious ensuite, excellent coffee, and plenty of choices at breakfast. Be minded that this is a family home, so everything less formal than it might otherwise be. Delighted to have cotton...

I stayed at Birchwood House last week. The owners were charming and helpful. The room was clean spacious and had all the things that make you feel comfortable. For me the B&B was ideally situated so I could get to London and access to the M25 & A3. I will definitely be staying there again

Lovely property in quiet residential area, little hard to find the house though. Nice bedroom with good facilities. OK breakfast but we were left with the impression that they wanted us out of the house ASAP so they could go to work!
