I stayed at the Premier Inn town centre Woking from the 1st August to 8th August 2023, room number801 it was awful, the room was in such a state of disrepair, when I drew the net curtain the curtain fell down bringing a lot of plaster with it. The paint work was badly chipped. The carpet looked as though a novice had laid it. It was very shaggy round the edges. Had I only been staying for one night I would have let it pass, but certainly not for a weeks stay. I have sent 3 emails with my complaint and no one has had the good Grace to contact me. The ultimate shocking experience was a man knocking on my door and walked in saying I had pulled the communication cord which I had not. I was standing there in a very see through nighdress. I can’t tell you how embarrassing that was. There was a green light flashing in the room all week, as it was green I didn’t say anything to the staff. I had mentioned to the staff that the room was in a bad state but nothing was done. I have phone the Premier Inn town centre Woking several times but no one picks up the phone. I will try and contact them again. Iria Morris.

Lovely hotel, when we checked in we asked if there was a quieter part of the hotel and the receptionist kindly moved us to a different part of the hotel. Not close to any busy roads (partly thanks to the building work taking place in Woking centre) so very quiet room.

Excellent stay. Had come over from Australia and used as a base to visit my family. My mum and I stayed at the Hotel. Everything was excellent from checking in easy ! Breakfast was delicious and chef cooked our eggs to perfection. The staff were exceptional nothing was too much trouble. A special thanks to Maisie who really took the trouble to look after us. And upon leaving left us a little thank u gift. We look forward to staying again!

The hotel was in a great location, very clean and great value for money. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was free wifi..although the wifi that is provided for free can be a little slow. Everything else was perfect.

Had a better than expected stay, the hotel staff were so welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was great, eggs cooked to order and the sausages were top quality! I would definitely visit again.

I have no issue with Premier Inns generally - they're usually fine for what you need, and I am happy staying in them myself, but the Woking one must be their worst in the chain? Not helped because of extensive construction work going on right outside (not associated with the hotel), but it has a miserable and confusing entrance on the ground floor (feels grotty), and eventually you find a small sign saying reception is on the 2nd floor. I can't comment on the bedrooms as I haven't stayed, but the guests I booked for reported really bad sleep - uncomfortable bed (though this is probably a matter of choice - I personally find their beds comfortable), constant noise throughout the night with alarms going off (linked to the construction area), a broken toilet that wasn't fixed and our guest had to do it himself - and on this latest stay the lifts were out of action and he had to climb 7 flights to his room (and despite signs saying the lifts would be fixed within 24 hours, they apparently weren't). This is basically a very depressing hotel, and based on the stays experienced by our visitors, we won't be booking it again. We only ever did so because the Double Tree further up the road was full, and the Premier Inn is the only other hotel in walking distance to our office. We'll be using airbnb in future!

It’s a Premier Inn, so you know the rooms will be fine, comfy beds etc. Breakfast wasn’t the best as there was hardly any cooked food ready so had to wait for bacon, sausage, hash browns, and gave up waiting for eggs. Fingers crossed tomorrow will be better. My main issue is with the lifts. Arrived yesterday and one ( out of 2) lifts out of order with a sign saying that an engineer is onsite. Obviously not true as over 24 hours later the same notice is still in place. I got back from my meeting this afternoon, and the 2nd lift is also out of order - I am on 7 th floor. I went out to eat and one of the lifts was working, got back at 7:30 and they are both broken again. The staff shrug and say an engineer has been called, but I that doesn’t really help me with 7 floors to climb (again). Next time I’m in Woking I will stay somewhere else.

Good value for a bed for the night. Common areas clean but in need of refurbishment. Helpful , friendly staff. Limited food and drink choice - items shown on menu not actually availiable. Potentially a good drop off area away from road (although allocated spaces were full when we arrived)

Poor breakfast Problem with the bath - not resolved for more than 1 hour. I have to go to the reception two times to ask to be solved and they just told me to wait although it was too late and we want to take rest.

Last minute overnight stay. Was travelling to Woking for an appointment and managed to get a ticket for the theatre the same night. Booked as great location for town & theatre and great price. No problem getting an early check in - staff were accommodating & friendly. On first glance room was bland, a little tired & dated. Definitely needed a face lift. However the bed was so comfortable and the shower amazing. As somewhere just to crash for the night it ticked all the boxes. No noise problems despite the immediate vicinity being a building site with all the roadworks.
