An unexpected gem on a magical island. Accommodation was spotless. Friday night dinner was delicious, and the owners and staff couldn't do enough for us. Extremely child- friendly. Live music in the snug bar on Saturday afternoon. Great to chat to people from all around the world.

From the Tenant Thank you for your honest feed back to other day. I replied with an equally honest opinion. My Landlord IGHT Isle Gigha Heritage Trust Has requested that a remove my feedback or action would be taken.

We stayed with our 13 month old and the hotel was great. As some have mentioned yes it could do with some modernising but the room was spotless and the staff couldn't be faulted. They even got my husbands phone to him on the next ferry after he had left without it! The food was excellent, have the Gigha halibut....

This was my second time on Gigha but my first staying in the hotel. I am a big supporter of community ownership and I wish the IGHT all the best in meeting the financial challenges it faces. Unfortunately, the hotel is in need of a real upgrade if you are going to continue to attract visitors to stay there. I'm...

This was my first visit to any of the islands off the West Coast if Scotland and I have not been disappointed. Gigha is truly an amazing little island and I hope to visit again. As it is so small there is very limited accommodation, with Gigha Hotel being the only hotel on the island. We had looked at B&B's...

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the hotel and on the island. I will most certainly be back. I had a fabulous meal in the evening at a reasonable price and the breakfast was superb. The room was small but comfortable. the staff were friendly and efficient.

We usually stay in a cottage when visiting Gigha because we have a dog (used to be 2 so too much to tKe to Hegel in our opinion). We were more than pleasantly surprised by the way the the owner Ken and his team went out of their way to ensure we were not only comfortable, but ensured we could...

Very enjoyable, lovely food and very quiet. Lovely views from the suit. The full board deal is very good value for money and with all commodities on site this was a very relaxing long week end. I fully recommend it.

Booked through a dinner, bed and breakfast deal, which was good value, but was a bit disappointed with the state of the room. Could do with redecorating, wallpaper peeling, leak in roof of bathroom. Food was good, but not great choice. Good thing was, it is pet friendly.

Hello thank you for your feed. We have new couch on a to do list along with new bathroom and Large tv in that room. We have only been the new tenants  for two years and have done a lot of work all ready but there always more. The landlord has not invested in the hotel for ten years and...

Our room was one of those to which we could take our dog, which was a great boon. Although not large, it had a comfortable bed, chair and television. The bathroom had a good shower, although we had to wait for a long time for it to heat up. We enjoyed full board, with excellent dinners - hallibut on one...

My husband Peter and I have just returned from a great 3 nights at the Gigha hotel and would thoroughly recommend it. The welcome from Ken and his team could not be faulted. They were friendly, helpful and really made us feel at home. The chef was extremely accommodating with my husbands rather awkward diet requirements and was happy to...
