My husband and I travelled with 9 other people to Tryp Cayo Coco. Never being to the islands and after reading all the reviews I was a little sceptical to say the least. We started by flying with Air Canada and the flight was amazing. The airport is only about 15 minutes away from the resort and we arrived around...

I think I could have handled the disgusting food, the smell of septic from the lobby, but what I couldn’t handle were the sleepless nights with the cockroaches in our room.. Bring a can of raid with you. If you can get out of your trip – pay the cancellation fee – it will be worth it. We would have...

I will start off by mentionning that I am comparing the Tryp Cayo Coco with other Hotels in CUBA, and not with Jamaica, RD, Venezuala, Aruba or Bahamas. Let's compare apples with apples. I have travelled to Jamaica, Venuezla, the DR, Nicaraugua, Bahamas, and many times to Cuba, Varadero, Santa Lucia, Cayo Coco and Cayo Guillermo and I always go...

Thanks to all the previous reviews, we did get what we expected and more... Jardines del Ray/Cayo Coco airport: Easy to get around and security no hassle. Put aside $50 CUC so you have it for your airport tax upon return. No time to exchange CAD when you get there as the transfer bus leaves right away (15 minutes to...
