The staff do everything they can to make your stay a very pleasant one. Location is very good, it has close access to spectacular beaches. Parking facilities are good but some of the access infrastructure is not good

A little pricey for the room quality, a/c kept shutting down and room very small for a king size bed. a poor experience at the restaurant when order never arrived. just not what you expected for the price paid.

The elevator, stairs, walls and floors need cleaning. The wall behind the bathroom door was black because the mildew, same as the shower floor. I went to by detergent to clean the bathroom. The connection between floor and toilet was brown. In general, needs cleaning.

I highly recommend this resort. You got everything in one place. Surf at 3 minute drive, pool, the restaurant is delicious and a great service. The room was comfortable and clean, always taking care of it. A+

Very nice location. A/C too noisy. Restaurant needs more waitress. We went to a gala at the Officers Club and the resort is across the street from the place. Room is clean and bed is ok. Plenty of parking.

This hotel was a good value near the airport. The staff were helpful and efficient. I was surprised by the quality of the restaurant. Overall I would recommend this hotel since it was cheaper than nearby alternatives if you need to stay near the airport.

Great location for first time visitor to Auguadilla. The price was very reasonable and the cofffee at the bar was delicious. The front desk was helpful. They’re bilingual which helps if you only speak English. The casino is a short walk away.

This hotel is great choice. It has a great location (near beaches and restaurants). The service is wonderful and the restaurant is great little place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We have stayed here a couple of times and are always pleased with our stay.

We just stay one night, and found that the A/C had a noise that made the sleep a little uncomfortable. The shower drain wasn't clean, I found a bunch of hairs in the drain. The location is great, and the staff was very friendly. Easy check in and check out.
