My girlfriend and I were extremely happy with our stay at Casa Resaca. The house is very comfortable (esp. the living room), we slept very well, and most importantly Maureen and Cliff are fantastic hosts. Next time we are in Culebra, we will not hesitate to stay there again.

My wife and I just stayed for three nights and were very pleased with the accommodations and especially the owners. Cliff and Maureen were very friendly, offered quality suggestions of things to do and places to eat The rooms are very basic, as all rooms on the island, however the rooms were very neat and clean. The draw for us...

We were planning our winter getaway, and were starting in Florida visiting family -but we really wanted to get to a beach for snorkelling, birdwatching, and general relaxation. So we looked at the map and saw that Puerto Rico was a short flight from Florida, so we started our plans for this jewel of an island in the Caribbean. We...

We stayed with Cliff and Maureen at Casa Reseca for 3 nights and we had a perfect time. The room was spacious with everything we needed. Cliff & Maureen were lovely, helpful, and easy going. We had coffee each morning and headed out each day to discover each new and increasingly beautiful beach location. We definitely recommend a stay at...

I stayed for two days with my daughter and wish I stayed longer but had a short Puerto Rico stay. Away from town and beach , on a hill, a nice, modern built room with all amenities minus TV which is perfect for us. It is like a bed and breakfast minus the breakfast so one has to supply that....

The House is in a perfect located, very clean and private. Cliff and Maureen are very welcoming. They provide some good advices of the island. Hope to be there again in a future. Rent a local Jeep to travel around the Culebra.

The accommodations are great, truly but the main reason to stay here is Maureen and Cliff. I will only come back if I am able to stay here again. They are helpful with where to go and will let you use beach chairs and other things you might have forgot. Room was big and nice.

Excellent place to stay. Cliff was beyond helpful. Picked me up at the airport and took me back at the end free of charge. Place was always welcoming. Would stay again. The location is a ways from everything so a car is essential. There are hills everywhere.

My selfishness is the reason I have never written a review for Casa Resaca on the previous stays. We booked prior to leaving in 2014 and again last week when we visited. Our trips keep getting longer and longer. I guess I don't want to share CR or Culebra with the rest of the world so we all need to...
