This past weekend was our 5th stay with Troy & Kathleen and it's always a wonderful experience. From the genuine friendliness of our hosts to the beautiful clean rooms, the wonderful food (appetizers & breakfast!) and great dinner recommendations, we always have a great time staying at Chestnut Hill! My only regret is that they've gotten so popular that we...

This has to be the best B&B in the county. Don't let the small town of Orange fool you, Chestnut Hill is world class. Perfect romantic get away. Hospitality was wonderful and food exquisite. Where have you ever stayed and you leave feeling like you have been with friends and can't wait for another visit. Cheatnut Hill is what a...

When we want to get away from it all, Chestnut Hill is our first choice for a get away. The rooms are beautiful and romantic. The hosts are friendly and lots of fun. And the food is just wonderful! While there, we also meet so many wonderful guests from all over. It is exciting to see who might be there....

My wife and I spent 3 nights for a get away in the Alexander Daley room. Beautiful doesn't begin to describe the house and over all setting of the property. Attention to detail was amazing and to say the place was clean is an understatement. Hands down the best part of the whole trip was the customer service by Kathleen...

Owners Troy and Kathleen were very welcoming. The house is beautiful and the breakfasts so delicious. Fresh cookies in the foyer, happy hour every day with endless wine, beer, sodas. HH food was substantial - lobster bisque day 1 and chili day 2. The hosts were full of helpful suggestions as to places to go in the area and had...

My wife and I were blown away by the style, beauty and the charm of this Inn. It is obvious each and every room of the Inn was appointed purposely for comfort. And the comfort extended beyond the decorations. Troy & Katherine (owners) along with the Inn staff were simply wonderful with A+ service. Breakfast and the evening delights were...

We were originally scheduled to go here in December 2016 to celebrate my 60th birthday, but a conflict arose. Troy and Kathleen were very accommodating and allowed us to reschedule in February. This was an incredible experience!!! The inn is absolutely beautiful! We stayed in the Alexander Daley's Master Suite. This room had two gas fireplaces - one in the...

I highly recommend this inn. Breakfast is alway delightful. Coffee and wine available even when breakfast is over.

My husband and I visited Chestnut Hill Bed & Breakfast for a 2 day birthday getaway and were not disappointed. Kathleen and Troy welcomed us and could not have been more kind, genuine, and accommodating. And wow, attention to detail is EVERYWHERE. The historic home is absolutely beautiful, and all of the restorations and decor were respectful of the time...
