Stayed one night. The one bedroom villa is large enough for 4 people
Has a fully equipped kitchen, but it does need better cleaning. The water kettle and cups need to be replaced or deep clean.
No view from the villa as it is located...More
We had a double room with a ground floor balcony, sea across the road but wide views, only a few hundred yards from ferry point. Clean, comfortable and friendly with breakfast choices in morning at varying prices, but the cereal, fruit and coffee very adequate...More
Good location, a sort distance from the ferry landing. Easy walk to the downtown crossroad and the few restaurant choices in town. Rooms were spacious and clean but need some maintenance. The breakfast was included and was fine.
Convenient because it's close to the ferry. We had a 1Bdr Villa, it was clean and comfortable. The staff is really friendly !
As soon as we arrived, we spotted dolphins swimming right in front of the hotel.

Kind of old and a little raggedy. Comfy. Clean. Nice views. The restaurant was closed so we went down the street. The breakfast was included and a very nice surprise. Fresh eggs, good coffee. Really nice staff. The pool was not usable yet.

Hi, I see you are staying one night only, that is a shame as it takes a lot longer than that to see most of the island. My advice is to rent a car, travel west to The Admirals Arch then east to Seal Bay and take tour on the beach among the Sea Lions. that will take most of the day. If you have time visit KI wildlife park where you can feed the 'roos and touch the koalas.
If you want a tour I think Kangaroo Island Exceptional Tours may be the way to go.
I think there are other operators but this seems to be about the best.
Whichever way you choose you will love the place.
