Clean, convenient, greeted by a genial host. WE stayed for two days. A short stroll to the pub where we enjoyed a number of good local product meals. Staff were friendly and helpful and offered advice on maximising our stay on KI. We went with...More
After touring around KI for 4 days this was the perfect spot to have some down time for 2 days before heading home. We stayed in the garden villa and it was awesome. It was great to have a separate living area from the bedroom....More
My wife and I booked Kangaroo Island Seafront for 3 nights over Easter with our 1 year old daughter. As there aren't a lot of photos on their website I wasn't sure what to expect. We also had a discount using a wotif voucher and...More
Just up the road from the Penneshaw Ferry terminal, this location is a great place to start your Kangaroo Island holiday. We stayed for 3 days and had arranged the accommodation over the phone and selected a package for a one bedroom Villa with breakfast...More
My wife and I have just returned home from Kangaroo Island. We live in Sydney, and decided to drive to KI rather than fly. I fly for a living, so the drive was, for me, relaxation therapy. We booked ourselves and the car on the...More

Hi, I see you are staying one night only, that is a shame as it takes a lot longer than that to see most of the island. My advice is to rent a car, travel west to The Admirals Arch then east to Seal Bay and take tour on the beach among the Sea Lions. that will take most of the day. If you have time visit KI wildlife park where you can feed the 'roos and touch the koalas.
If you want a tour I think Kangaroo Island Exceptional Tours may be the way to go.
I think there are other operators but this seems to be about the best.
Whichever way you choose you will love the place.
