The Budget Motel is what it says, budget. I chose it because it was within a few kilometres of the Perth domestic airport. There was nothing fancy, but the bed was comfortable, the shower/toilet room clean, there was a microwave oven and the usual tea/coffee and electric jug. The only downside was an upholstered chair that belonged in the tip....

I was disgusted with the entire stay. The manager/owner apparently doesnt know how to smile, the rooms were dirty, carpets stained, urine on the seat, dirty cups and a Blood stain, yes a BLOOD stain on my pillow case. 10/10 would never stay again unless i was going to commit suicide.

My wife and I booked into the budget motel for the night as our son was having a birthday party a couple of kilometers away and we did not want to drive home after the party. This motel is exactly what it says on the tin a budget motel.having said that the queen size bed was very comfortable and it...

Travelling from the South-West recently, my partner and I wanted a place to stay, close to the Swan Valley yet not out of town. The rooms here fit the bill. We walked up to Hogs Breath for dinner and watched a movie. The next morning we did a winery tour. Not staying at a flash joint saved us $$ we...

Top little place to stay and close to airport. Have used this as a base when travelling through WA and while staying in Perth for the past 4 years and as advertised, it is the budget motel but clean, friendly staff and good food.

I waked into my room and turned the air conditioner on and was sprayed in the face with dirty brown water, the water then ran down the wall and onto the already dirty carpet. Not a good start. The room had a dank smell, was dirty and basically worn and tattered. The young lady at reception was very nice and...

We decided to stay in the newly "renovated" rooms.$130 a night. The advertised pool was empty and being ripped out to build new units. Our room had a weather beaten door I could quite easily have put my foot through. The door knob was ready to fall off. Inside the room was very average... they had a phone that didnt...

This is a good Budget Motel with a great location. I have stayed here on a number of Occasions over the last few years and have not encountered any issues. The rooms have always been ready and clean. If we have arrived late ithe keys have always been in a locked box for us. A continental Breakfast is included in...

The room was quite dark with an unusual & overpowering smell. The bathroom was covered in mould & looked like it hadn't had a clean for a while. The chair in the room had broken springs - so it was so saggy & you had to put pillows in it to sit & I dread to think how often they...
