This time we rented all 3 villas! Although John, the owner was not around, Judy was there to help us with our needs. No problems occured although all villas were fully occupied. We had a great family holiday and felt comfortable all through the week!

We had a comfortable & enjoyable homely experience staying at the Sunset Villa for 9 days. It was just nice for our family of 5 (3 kids aged 10, 7 & 6). Definitely better than staying at a hotel. We chose to stay here mainly because of its close proximity to the very beautiful Scarborough beach, Coles & restaurants. It...

We stayed here in December 2013. At A$220 a night it was the most expensive accommodation we stayed in during our trip. The owner bought it in 1988 and I would guess that the kitchen and bathroom have not been modernised since. The beds were comfortable and the bedroom curtains have good blackout curtains. There is a private courtyard with...

Naomi H, her husband and two children stayed with us for 5 nights, departing on Christmas Eve, This is the peak holiday season and most holiday accommodation charge a premium at peak times like this. Naomi H booked on 6 March 2013 and was clearly happy with our pricing at that time. We list all our facilities on our web...

We stayed at Unit 1 of these Villas, and found them great for a family with up to 2 children (or 4 people on Holiday). It had full kitchen facilities, was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It is in a quiet street with parking off road (but be careful of the jagged rock near the Unit 1 carpark - it...

My family stayed here 17th-23rd August 2013 as we were attending a basketball tournament at nearby Perry Lakes. It was perfect for the fact that this was one of 3 villas so we were able to have 2 other families stay with us. We stayed in Villa 1 and as other reviews have stated we had a beautiful view of...

Wow, what a view BUT no clean linen when staying 11 days and then had instructions for cleaning before we left. Never in the past 30 years of travel both here and overseas have we had to vacuum, clean bathroom and mop floors. More, the plumbing needs attention too, the shower doesn't drain so when showering you stand in a...

After every guests checks out, I personally double check our cleaner's work including checking all lights and drains and insect activity. There is always a balance between providing a beautiful garden environment and keeping the insects out of the villa! I do apologise to Elizabeth B (who I presume is the guest that booked Villa 1 on 4 to 14...
