Bathrooms are actually quite large considering they were designed in the 1900's .
I'm unsure about the overflow in the tub....there are none.....
A friendly establishment, furnished with antiques. No hot drinks in the bedroom, but tea / coffee (and a slice of homemade cake) were offered in the sitting room on arrival.

We stayed here for just one night while touring in the area. We arrived quite tired after driving through a scary thunderstorm and were very grateful for the tea and homemade cake provided by Jim and Lynn. It was beautifully served in real china cups....More
