Dirt, hair, etc. on bedroom and bathroom floor. I do not think they had cleaned that part of the room. When I plugged my laptop into the lamp plug in to charge it I found the plug was not even connected. Someone had pulled it out and then no one had bothered to fix it. Walls had cracks and fingerprints...

There is not enough hot water to take bath. When you report a problem to front desk, it was IGNORED. There were only two "almost gone" rolls toilet paper when I got there. When you go out of the room, there is no sign to show which way is to elevator, so make sure you remember which way you came...

This was my third year attending the hotel's New Years Eve celebration. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the food, music and hotel staff. We plan to attend next year. Hi spoke to the manager who assisted me with a travel situation and he, and his entire staff, made sure things were handled in an excellent way. I would highly rate this hotel as it is on airport property and the staff is top notch.

Very early outbound flight from RIC prompted this location. An in house restaurant served pretty decent bar food and a number of entrees. The bar itself had a wide selection of beer as well. I picked this hotel because it was right at the airport and I had an early morning flight. I was only there for a night but I could have stayed much longer. We were very disappointed with our room. It was old and obviously poorly maintained. The ceiling was falling down in places, the vents were coming off the wall, the curtains were ripped and the AC didn't work. I expect more from a DoubleTree. On the plus side they have a very friendly and helpful staff and the park n ride...

The room was not ideal for more than a one night stay. The walls are paper thin, the bathroom was dark due to lack of lights, and the room smelled. Needless to say if you are looking for a hotel near the Richmond Airport I would look somewhere else.

It was absolutely wonderful! everyone was so kind and willing to make your stay excellent! I was there for a business trip and had lunch and dinner while staying and it was a pleasure. The staff was so helpful and the service was terrific.
