This is a lovely place to stay with a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, clean and near to the highway. There is a grocery nearby, making it a very convenient option for family travel.
Traveled to Strasburg for a wrestling show. Convenient location. Clean room. Only gripes I had were about the shower pressure & the breakfast options available - but otherwise it worked for what was needed.
I travel for business quit often and had the misfortune of staying here at this hotel. At times I stay a week or 2 depending on the work project. So when I booked here I was greeted by the manager who is rude, disrespectful and down right nasty. I was told I had to order room service and could only stay a few days of I wanted to stay here. Banging on my door and letting himself into my room while I was showering. He told me I had to leave immediately because I stayed longer then 2 days. I work for a major corporation and stay for a week at a time at some places. I would not recommend this place at all. I have reached out to corporate. Still no call back or follow up .
Rooms are clean.Breakfast was good but not with lot of options.Location of the hotel was good with access to gas stations and restaurants.Easily connected to washington DC highways.More parking space and good view of mountains if you stay in 3rd floor.
Stayed here overnight on road trip. Half way mark for us to rest. It is a great place! Highly recommend! We didn't stay for breakfast this trip but it is usually just what we need to start our day out!
Lobby inviting. First impression of room was poor with slashed net curtains. Not sure what happened here! Bed comfortable enough but suspicious stain on top cover was off putting. Hair dryer didn’t work. Had to have another brought up at 6.30am. Breakfast adequate but on leaving walked into a walk of smoke with employees smoking at rear entrance door. Not a good lasting impression! Location is good just off the 81 with a great Mexican restaurant attached.
Traveling with 2 children. Stopped halfway between our destination and home. Made for a good night of rest. Hotel is under construction but it did not make the stay any less desirable. The children really enjoyed the hot breakfast.
We stayed in Ramada for 1 night. We were 2 families. We book around 4 pm for same night stay. After booking we called front desk and ask her to provide connecting room. She replied positively and said will do best. and then she arranged connecting rooms. Kids love connecting room. they were enjoying from one room to another room. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. internet was good and have proper speed for browsing. Did not try any streaming as we are for fun and want to avoid screen time.. but kids watched Nick Jr on cable. we were people (2 adult + 2 kids) and booked for 4 people so expecting 4 towels, but only have 3. so need to call front desk for extra towel. Breakfast was good. choice of fruit juice, coffee, tea , breads, eggs , waffle and some other items. they were feeling quickly during breakfast time. Overall good stay and will try again.…
After having read reviews of stops along our way, we decided this would be okay for the evening. We were pleased with new carpeting throughout. Although the room was a bit dated, we were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and remainder of the hotel. The staff indicated that new furniture has been ordered. I did inform them, rather then the stained chair in our room, an empty space would have been better. Certainly can see they are working hard to improve this hotel....The Town of Strasburg is so very sweet!!!
The bed was hard to sleep on, the room was noisy, you could hear the elevator, you could hear the front door open and close, you could hear people outside talking, the restaurant on site was closed, the breakfast room of all places was closed, and all they gave you was a bag lunch. Very poor.
