Only had one night, but wish I could have had more. Very clean hotel. Staff was very attentive. Included breakfast buffet had everything I wanted and more. The view of the ocean and sunrise was terrific. And you are right on the boardwalk and beach.

A pleasant stay with a pretty view of the ocean from the balcony. My only criticism was the soap residue left in the shower on the soap tray. I felt like the shower hadn’t been cleaned. The breakfast was ok and there was a lovely lady who welcomed everyone, she is a credit to your hotel. Please thank her from the visitors from the UK.

Our room was huge and very comfortable. The hotel was very clean and each employee was very helpful especially Bonnie in the dining room area. She was such a sweetheart speaking to everyone and having something nice to say about them. You could tell she loved her job and was just what we all needed to enjoy our time while enjoying our complimentary breakfast. The hotel itself was nicely located along the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. Very clean and nicely decorated through out the hotel.

We just got home and this hotel has been by far our favorite stay at Virginia Beach! We loved being able to park right at the hotel in their parking garage! The lobby was really nice and clean! Upon check in, we were checked in quickly and were given a room on the 6th floor (we had requested as high in the hotel as possible and they obliged)! The room was clean and comfortable! We booked a 2 King bed room, even though there were only 2 of us and it worked out perfectly! We slept in one room and used the other for all of our stuff (or an extra space if one wanted to nap and the other wanted to watch tv). We loved having a small fridge/wet bar area/microwave/coffee maker right there. Our housekeepers were super awesome to check with us if we needed anything during our stay. The indoor pool was a touch chilly, but the jacuzzi was amazing! They have breakfast included with your room and it was super good! The hot selections changed everyday, but they had awesome selections of waffles, oatmeal, grits, breads, yogurts, juices, coffee, etc! However, the best part was the staff in the breakfast area! There was another couple there and the wife had some dietary restraints and the employee made sure she was taken care of and made sure her breakfast was prepared to her requirements and then even made sure the cook could replicate it the next morning for her!! My only minor ‘complaint’ is that breakfast is only offered 2- 2.5 hours in the morning, but maybe that’s just an offseason thing. The views from the balcony were amazing and we were just steps from the beach!Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping! We also had a birds eye view of 20+ blocks of Christmas lights! We will definitely be back to stay again!…

First I'd like to say that we've been going to Virginia Beach for years and have stayed at many hotels on the boardwalk. This hotel is the best by far!! The lobby is lovely with a coffee bar and water station. The staff is amazing...especially Bonnie! The entire hotel is immaculate. Now for the room. The king bed was the best! Room sizes are very spacious. The bathroom was updated with a 2-headed shower, great water pressure, and instant hot water! I have long hair so usually by day 2 it starts to clog. We stayed a week and no clogs! The living room furniture was very comfortable and the balcony was private. The breakfast was fabulous every single day! And there was plenty to chose from...never left hungry!!! The coffee was ok. Overall, it is our future hotel to celebrate our anniversary. No need to look for another! This is our home away from home!…

My wife and I are on an East Coast trip to celebrate 47 years together. When we arrived at the hotel, we walked into our beautiful hotel room overlooking the ocean and to our surprise, we saw a bottle of sparkling cider on the table in front of the window and two champagne glasses. A beautifully printed letter in front of the bottle telling us Congratulations on 47 years together!! Wow!! What a beautiful gesture!! We had the most magnificent time at this hotel! All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful!! Thank you for making our trip so memorable!!

The biggest complete we had was the breakfast. Honestly, was expecting so much more...and you couldn't take it with you back to your room. The bed was comfy, pillows great, room clean, view perfect, location great. People very nice.

Excellent stay in Virginia Beach location was super and pretty central on the boardwalk within easy reach of shops restaurants etc., Room on 7th floor was large bright and spacious with stunning views of the beach and ocean. Breakfast was very good with lots of selection, always hot choices as well as continental, in addition to a different hot choice every morning, they had waffle makers, pancake griddles with batter that you could make your own, also breads pastries bagels cream cheese yoghurt etc., but absolutely the best thing about breakfast was Bonnie who was in the dining room for about 6 days out of our 7 day stay. She was always cheerful, chatty and had a happy smile to start your day. The only reason I knocked this review down to four stars, was a few niggles mainly the fact that only one elevator was working for the duration of our stay so you could spend a lot of time either waiting or going up and down before you got to where you wanted to be, as the hotel was very busy during our stay! The other was that wifi kept dropping in an out and also the coffee at breakfast was awful. We would certainly stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to book a hotel on the boardwalk strip.…
