Water in bathroom - woke up at 3am to find water leaking from ceiling and wall. Let front desk know at 6 AM (for softball tournament) and asked if we could move to our belongs to a new room or keep them there while they checked out the problem -they did not have anything available and I would not be able to have another room until after three . also we’re not permitted to keep our belongings in the room. So we had to quickly pack up. After a lot of back-and-forth with the gentleman at the front desk he said the might have something come available earlier. No compensation offered. The water had been leaking for sometime as the paint was bubbled all down the wall. Rooms were clean but dated. A bit of an inconvenience as you have to go pick up linens for the pull out and toaster/appliances. …

We stayed for the Independence holiday. Check in was very easy, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. There was ample parking in the lot. We were able to use their grills out front to barbeque and they gave us a spatula and plates which was nice because I left mines at home. We had a two bedroom suite which was very spacious, it had a full living room with futon and a full kitchen and a dishwasher. It was basically a little apartment, the only thing I could think that was bad about the room was it had was the carpet was ugly. You can wash clothes on site as they have a washer/dryer set up, I believe there is a charge to wash clothes. This place does not have a pool, and their free breakfast consisted of bland muffins, cereal bars and instant grits. These were the only disappointments that I experienced, and would be the only things that would make me consider staying somewhere else next time I come to Virginia. Location wise, it was about 15 minutes drive from the beach, 10 minutes from Mount Trashmore and maybe 20 mintues from the Aquarium. There is a Wawa across the street from the hotel where you can get gas and food, there was also a Wendy's. Overall the stay was great.…

Roaches everywhere! Stay away! Entire building smells like smoke & the cleanliness of the hotel can use ALOT of work l! Stayed here for business last summer and was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Every single day I was seeing roaches! Choose another place when looking for lodging in Virginia Beach!

This is a nice and quiet secret location. All of the employees take a lot of pride in their work and the overall appearance and functioning of the property. I recommend it. Just check rates online vs walk-in.

I really like this hotel. All of the staff, especially Ebony at front desk, are very friendly and accomodating. I have stayed here for a while and never had any complaints or issues. They do a great job on keeping the property clean, both inside the hotel and outside parking lot. Would definately reccomend 10/10!

Stayed here for the weekend. Great location, right off the highway. Clean rooms and the staff was very attentive and welcoming. The other great thing is you can bring your pet! I’ll definitely stay here again!
