Good hotel. Friendly staff. Manager Henry Jones was friendly and very hospitable. Clean rooms in an area right between next to Norfolk and close the the ocean front. Complimentary hot breakfast and waffles. Yummmm.

Great staff. Thanks to Ashley, Sarah, Kelvin. Had a bus group here. Accommodated parking for bus. Breakfast was on-time each day. I’m sorry I did not get name of Breakfast person. She did great also.

We stayed here one night. It was a convenient stop on our way to our next location. Staff were pleasant and helpful in suggesting a restaurant close by. The lobby was clean, breakfast was included and the dining area was spacious. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend.

The staff was extremely friendly and so attentive to every need. Trust me I can be needy but no matter what the front desk staff, the cleaning staff and even the management team helped me. I am a loyal Hilton lover and I think this is by far the best hampton inn that I have ever stayed in, and who knew it would be in Virginia Beach! I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and smiles on every worker I encountered during my night. Everytime I come back here for my business trips I will be sure to stay with this hotel to matter if it’s 1 night or 1 month! 100/10. This place exceeded my expectations!

Friendly, attentive staff can't be overstated. Front desk, Tara, was great. All staff says good morning and seems bubbly. Kitchen staff was superb. Clean rooms. Free breakfast is a plus. Beds were comfy and firm (good for my back!). Rooms had a nice design. A few minor things are dated, but I can definitely see these things are being addressed by management.

The staff was phenomenal but I had a guy call me yesterday accusing me of not telling the staff I had a cat. I paid the pet fee and they have to have the paperwork I filled out for the cat up front. Very odd situation - I’ll pick a different hotel next time.

This is the a terrible place to stay. The hotel is dirty and has a funky smell. The blind fell down in our room, and the maintenance person just came and took it, didn't fix it. My husband cut his leg on a piece of steel sticking out on the bed frame, the desk clerk simply said, that's to bad. The shower handle would not stay in place and kept falling over to scalding hot. When I checked out the clerk said she would have the manager call me, he hasn't! Avoid this place, it's a dump!!

I am extremely dissatisfied. I was unable to sleep due to the noise and thin walls. After 5 hours I went to the front desk and was hit with the intense smell of marijuana. I complained to a lady at the front desk at 1:30a who did absolutely nothing. The talking and television sounds continued throughout the night. My husband and I could hear everything, even the intimacy between the couple. I was mortified, we could not sleep. That morning I was given a 10 Starbucks card and informed that I would be contacted by 12p the next day. Well, I called 3 times and each time was given the runaround.
