Also booked ahead (not knowing if you call you get the AARP discount) they wouldn't adjust.
Also having to ask for more towels they knew 3-adults 1-child. But only 2-towels

It was worst stay of my life.
I booked 2 rooms a month ago and after 12 hrs of drive when we arrive there 3:00 AM in the morning front desk told us there is no room available as we booked (non smoking)
