We were in town for the marathon and really needed a late checkout. Driving home sweaty and stinky was the alternative. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable and the ocean view was spectacular. We were able to bring our dog and she gave them a 5 star review as well.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the amenities -- the kitchenette included everything we needed, even silverware. The view from the room's balcony was spectacular and the staff was excellent! Patient, helpful, and professional.

we had to use key cards for everything (I love the security feature) everyone was welcoming even at 11pm at night or 6am in the morning. will be back for a longer stay when the weather is warmer! I will say, the only thing you could improve on is letting the 20th floor guest know there is no patio covering!

Great location and very updated rooms. Hotel was clean. Breakfast has many options but won’t change much during your stay. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Parking isn’t onsite but it isn’t that far away.

The hotel was lovely- clean, well decorated. Very nice overall. Breakfast area was nice. Great setup- but wiped out by 8am. The amount of smokers (in a “smoke free” hotel) smoking weed and cigarettes on the balconies ruined the whole experience. Gorgeous oceanfront penthouse room overlooking the beach. Wanted to spend all our time out there, but the stench was awful. Couldn’t even leave the door open to enjoy the ocean air, or your room would stink. You could smell it in the halls too. Called the front desk a couple times- nothing changed. They informed me that they couldn’t do anything about it if I didn’t know where it was coming from. Good to know I’m in charge of finding the problems and enforcing the rules! Just gave up trying. The Air Force base nearby must have their runway aligned with the hotel. There were fighter jets flying directly over the hotel as they came in to land- as early as 8am and as late as 11pm. Much louder than passenger jets! Cool to see the first few times, but by the 20th jet you just wanted to leave.…

Our stay was excellent! The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very clean! The rooms were cleaned and the amenities were great. Maybe because it was their offseason but we loved the fact that it wasn’t overwhelming crowded! Definitely, will be staying here again for sure!

Room was fantastic, ocean view was incredible. Staff is really, really into helping guests enjoy their time on the property. The star of my entire trip was Kara! Wonderful local knowledge, she put us on the best local spots by just walking out the front door. We'll be back!

Stay here for a field hockey tournament with my daughter. Room was great, clean, new towels whenever you needed them. The breakfast was just ok, nothing special. The staff was incredible. Ran into Robert several times throughout my stay and he was the kindest man I have ever met. Matter of fact, everyone I interacted with from the Hyatt House was friendly and attentive to our needs, but Robert stuck out as the best of the best.

Everything was beautiful.i could of stayed forever. Sleeping in an ocean front property ,has always been a dream .as we turned in for the night we left our balcony door opened to hear the beautiful ocean from the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in.i even called and asked what brand was the box spring and matress .I have trouble sleeping away from home ,and it was not an issue at all.when we checked in on the night of the 9th we were greeted so nicely and everyone was super kind and helped us every step of the way. I wish we could of stayed but we had a death in the family .thank you

Had a very nice off-season stay. Every person at the hotel we interacted with was welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything looked new. Breakfast was good (continental). The desk chair was a bit uncomfortable, but I imagine most people aren't spending a lot of time in it.
