This building is very dated and needs a good clean, noisy and dirty, The balcony was nice to be able to see the ocean, Would not recommend staying here, The folks were nice, but the room and common areas were dirty,

Upgraded to room 901 suite great ocean views and we loved having the bigger fridge and extra room. Parking is easy undercover and very convenient with no parking fees. Jumpin Shrimp is Located in the building and has excellent menu and service. There signage everywhere that this a non smoking facility, which is great and much appreciated. Checkin was smooth and quick. Thanks again for another great get away.

First, my expectations for beach hotels are never that high. I was still extremely disappointed in this visit. The room.. all of the outlets were loose. You could only use the outlets on the alarm clock. The bathroom vanity mirror was the only mirror in the room. You could hear EVERYTHING in the hallways as it echoed. The hotel lobby and elevators always smelled of cheap cologne. For a 100% smoke free hotel, any time we opened the balcony door, you could smell weed and/ or cigarette smoke (and the ocean breeze carried it into the room). Other guests were EXTREMELY loud from before 10 pm until 1:30 when we finally called to complain. When we called, we were told that we weren’t the only guests to complain. It was better until those guests came back- just as loud at 4:30 in the morning. Just avoid this place. There are better options.…

The Four Point by Sheraton Brand has scent program required by Marriott in our lobby. I am sorry you did not like our signature lobby fragrance. This is our 25th year of going to VA Beach and staying at the same hotel. They always treat us like family. Miss "D" our house keeper is amazing, she always ASKS IF WE NEED ANYTHING, anytime we see her. She keeps our room spotless.The front desk staff is always helpful. I am making reservations for this year.

New paint and carpet in the hallway, gym and a small indoor pool. Room is a little tight but clean. Next to the peer. Garage area only has two ways to enter, That was OK since we visited during the off season and could park next to the enterance. Off season rate in January was 95.00 per night.

The hotel room was adequately cleaned and nicely furnished. Wonderful balcony! The hotel staff was accommodating and very friendly. Bryant at the front desk was so welcoming, helpful and professional! Raven in the restaurant went above and beyond with her customer service and made our Thanksgiving meal exceptionally fun and lighthearted. Overall a great experience at Four Points.

The house keeping ladies are friendly and thorough! Thanks to Jenn and Tywondia for making our stay great, and friendly front desk Nick and also a very quick response from maintenance! I’m so glad we stayed here! The food from the on-site restaurant was good.

Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. A guy named Bryant at the front desk made our stay wonderful. He had a great personality and welcomed us on our 25th wedding anniversary. The waitress at the restaurant was hilarious with a great sense of humor. We had fun.

I stayed here for close to seven months and had excellent service through and through. The front desk was always available and ready to help at a moments notice. My room was always cleaned before I got back from work and my Cleaning service helper Tywona always made sure I was ok and asked if I ever needed anything extra which really made me feel right at home. Overall my stay was Unforgettable The views were breathtaking and Breakfast and Dinner downstairs at jumpin shrimp was a 10/10
