I always love going to Virginia Beach on my birthday February 21. I was hoping last year when I was booking to stay at the new embassy suite but notice it was not taking reservations. However to my surprise I looked a few days prior to my arrival and was able get my birthday wish. The hotel is amazing and all of the staff was professional and so warm and inviting. A special thanks to Heather who went beyond to make my birthday so very special. I am humbled to be among the first guest (and my best family favorite) to experience this wonderful hotel. I also had the opportunity to share my experience with some of the investors that came on Wednesday February 22. They were very nice. I arrived late and Damon was there to great me. He was so kind and energetic even at 1am. He explained how the hotel just opened reviewed accommodations and made the night end so pleasantly. The hotel is just gorgeous and clean! I highly recommend.

This hotel exceeded expectations the staff was amazing from Doug at the Valet stand to Chris at the front desk. The stay was very enjoyable. We had our 2 golden retrievers and the beach is completely dog friendly. What a great place to stay with your dogs. Everyone was very welcoming and staff even carried dog bones in their pockets! If you want a nice beach stay with your pups this is a great choice!

I took my wife here for a 18th wedding anniversary celebration. Kudos to Chris at the front desk for his outstanding customer service. The rate includes a free breakfast with a chef making omelettes, hence made to order breakfast. The pools and the fitness center were very clean. The decor and art pieces are very cool throughout the hotel. Valet parking is $30 and self parking is $20. We stayed in room 482. In the future, I would ask for a room on a higher floor. Upon digital check-in, the hotel picked 482, but we had alternative options. I stuck with 482. My pictures show a view from the balcony of 482. Celebrating in our fashion, we didn’t spend much time on the balcony. The rest if the room served it’s purpose well. The bed was very comfortable and sturdy. We can’t wait to revisit.…

Hotel was amazing. Isabella and Chris at the front desk were so polite, welcoming, accommodating and professional. Housekeeping were amazing also. We checked into one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever checked into. I have traveled a lot in the past for my job and this room was immaculate compared to where I have stayed in the past. From time you walk in this establishment you’re welcome by Ryan in the Morning and Damon in the evening. Very friendly, pleasant and helpful. All the staff at Artbusle resturant did a great job as well. The made to order breakfast was good. The cleanliness, decor and ambiance very good at the embassy suites. VA. No complaints. Great place keep the upkeep in order. Great location.
