I enjoyed my stay at the Broadwalk. I received a great price. The suite had everything I needed. The room was cleaned and the bed slept comfortably. I would have someone take a look at the sliding door it was very difficult to open at times.

Hotel's Favourite
We had an amazing weekend at Boardwalk Resort Hotel and Villas. The room, the furnishings, the cleanliness. It was everything we expected. The only things that could have been a negative was the closed pool area, but we are beach people and the weather was great to enjoy the beach. And the music in the restaurant was often not very enjoyable. The customers the night we dined there were mostly 40-60 year olds yet the music that was being played was not really for our generations. But the food was good, the beverages were tasty, but most of all our suite was lovely!

This is in a great location (16th and Atlantic) right on the boardwalk. Great view of the ocean. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool is a bit small. There is a resort fee which is ridiculous. Parking is on site. It was a nice place and I would stay there again.

Disappointed that we stayed an extra night for the pool and hot tub and it was closed without notification. The have very good text communication; therefore it should have been communicated earlier to enable us to make other accommodations.

Can't get better than this location! Walk everywhere! We loved it! Walked the entire boardwalk. Of course, it was off season, so many restaurants and shops were closed, but we managed just fine. Comfortable and clean accommodations with a beautiful sunrise view each morning.

One of the best hotels on va beach oceanfront. Large rooms and awesome accommodations. Colby checked us in and she was a perfect host and made us feel welcome. She even texted us to see how we were doing which this has never been done before at any hotel we had been staying in over 50 years. She is an asset to boardwalk resort and went above and beyond to make our stay awesome. This hotel really knows how to take care of customers and is a perfect example of customer service. My wife and I will be returning and will tell our friends to stay at boardwalk resort too. You really know how to make people feel special.

Our stay was excellent. The service was friendly and excellent. The facility was constantly being cleaned. Excellent location on the boardwalk. We booked an additional night stay for an ocean view room through a travel site. The front desk allowed us to check out of our first room and into the new room at the same time in the morning, rather that waiting until 4PM check in, which was very convenient.

We've been visiting Virginia Beach since 1983 and have been a Boardwalk timeshare owner for 10 years now. Great accommodations, comfortable furniture, well maintained rooms and every member of the staff we dealt with were super friendly. Plus the added benefit of having an ocean front suite mid-way along the Boardwalk. I'm sure it has been due to the economy, but hopefully at some point a new restaurant can occupy the Rockfish Restaurant, which used to be one of our favorites on the beach.

The room was very spacious for a one bedroom. It had more seating than expected, than ever seen, especially for a one bedroom. I just left a 4 bedroom place that had less seating than this. We woke up every morning to a beautiful sunrise. The washer and dryer were newer than any I have experienced at any other resorts.
