I’d recommend it to anyone! The room was clean, had a beautiful view, a mini fridge, silverware & utensils, a toaster, a microwave & a coffee pot, and the bed was HUGE. Super soft pillows, super quite & comfortable.

Front desk was rude. Hung up on husband. So we went down to speak to her in person. Was rude. Paid a lot of money to get the hot tub room. Hot tub only ran cold water. Matience man said he would get to us when he got to us. We shouldn't have had to pay for a room we couldn't enjoy.

The room itself was very nice. Unfortunately we were placed next to neighbors who argued from 2:00 a.m. through the remainder of the night. When we notified the front desk they were unable or unwilling to do anything about the situation.

Rented jacuzzi suite and was disappointed to find that the whirlpool jets not working on tub. Advised front desk and they said nothing they could do about it. Even after paying more for jacuzzi suite. Worse customer sevice I have ever seen. I would not recommend anyone vacationing at this location.

loved the location of this hotel, oceanfront with amazing views. Adrianne at check in and during our stay was very helpful and professional. Our room was nicely decorated, clean and spacious. small kitchen had everything necessary to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable, linens and towels were clean and of good quality. Donna and the housekeeping team did a great job with keeping the rooms and hotel property nice and clean. We extended our stay two additional days since we enjoyed our time there. Many restaurants, bars and cafes nearby.

We had the best experience staying at your hotel. The front desk clerk Kayla was amazing and went above and beyond to help us. She decorated our room for my boyfriend to surprise me for Valentine’s Day!

My wife and I have been regular visitors over the past decade plus and our experiences have been consistently excellent---until now. Perhaps because of a change in management, the entire experience has been deplorable, causing to look elsewhere the next time. It started with our effort to contact the hotel to confirm our reservation - we called dozens of times to no answer. When we arrived, the Internet was down and, again, I called the front desk - again no answer. When I arrived at the front desk, the exceptionally rude front desk clerk had no explanation for the inferior phone coverage and offered no guidance regarding the Internet. Later, another guest was playing his "music" at a very high volume for hours and the hotel office allowed this nuisance to persist. This shameful erosion in service quality lost this valuable customer, and perhaps others. …

The last time I was there was 2019 and I really appreciate it and I had lots of fun and it was my husband birthday we really enjoyed our self and we would like to come back but there are no more room available for us to stay so we are going to stay so we can have fun and enjoy good birthday this year

Be sweet to the staff. They are all friendly. The housekeepers there are so super friendly and accurate. The staff takes care of all of our needs. Oceanfront, Schooners has the best view. You can wake up to the ocean breeze and sleep to the ocean waves.

Memorable for the wrong reasons . Second day of 4 day stay, we suddenly see a notice posted the hotel HAS NO HEAT. It's November with a strong wind. Our room was 65 or below during the day, colder at night. No refunds or discounts offered. Otherwise typical beach hotel. Bed was comfortable.
