Was in the room a total of 15 minutes before seeing roaches. Entire place was disgusting. Both lady’s i spoke with were completely rude and wouldn’t refund even tho we didn’t stay. Do not go here!!!!!
We spent a week here and was thoroughly disappointed. Floors were dirty and unswept when we arrived. The only dresser with storage was broken and completely missing a drawer. Half the outlets in the room did not work correctly. I am a remote worker and in order for me to work I had to purchase some duct tape and maneuver the plug just right for it to work at the desk where I needed my laptop plugged in. None of the lamp outlets or charge ports worked. Only one lightbulb in a lamp that takes two. Arrived to only a half a roll of toilet paper on the roll. No extra roll anywhere around. Our booking clearly showed 3 were booked, but we were only given 2 towels and hassled when we asked for an additional towel. There is no vent in the bathroom so it stays with condensation for a while during and after showers (I take lukewarm showers, not hot or scalding). There is a large, wide gap between the wall and the AC/heating unit leaving outdoor air, smells, etc constantly coming into the room. People walking by smoking at all hours consistently flowed in through this gap. Beds only have 1 flat sheet and a thin decorative throw that’s not meant to be a blanket. Nights were miserable. Between the gap leaking in cold air, having to run the heat on high and then it getting too hot, just to turn it off and be freezing again bc of the wind coming in and inadequate bedding. This week has been a nightmare with little to no sleep…
Our flight was delayed and when we arrived told we couldn't check in because it was to late. They still took our money with no issues and it was their fault we could not check in. It was run down dark and scary looking. No where I would even think of taking my family EVER
Dirty room, including Floor, bed-cover with burns... the whole room stenches cigarette, even if said "non-smoking". That is just OK for the price, if you get it for cheap on Weekdays. There was no breakfast included.
I booked on line and the receipt including taxes and fees was $252.38 and when I got there they said my bill was $293.78. I spoke with the manager and she just itemized everything and said this was what I owed. The beds had only a sheet - no blanket. The hair dryer was broken and there was no iron in the room. Very disappointing.
Before judging this place you need to keep in mind what you are paying to stay across the street from the beach and compare that to the cost of all the hotels around that area. If you’re going to spend most of your time on the beach & exploring the area, this is a great place to stay. The one staff member I had contact with was Mary from housekeeping and I loved her personality & helpfulness. This is the ONLY time I have ever left a tip for housekeeping & I did it strictly because I liked her that much
Rooms where way to high price for the condition the room was and for the noise. Asked for room to get cleaned better and nothing happens. There were cigarette burn in comforter. Mirror, toilet, tube, fridge never cleans remote didn’t work for tv. No breakfast
Place is old and tired. Everything needs to be renovated. Towels and linens are old and thin. Pool is in the direct sun with no shade or umbrellas, trash floating in the water. Random people hanging out around the rooms, looked homeless.
Not a good hotel for the price. Multiple items were broken and room was in general state of disrepair. Did not have enough linens for all of us. Front desk service was not helpful. Rusty lamps and ironing board.
This motel is filthy and disgusting. The premises is filthy, the room lamps and safe are rusted, the windows are filthy and the bathroom is full of mold! I went to the front desk to ask for a room change and the woman ahead of me asked if she could see her room before she paid for it. The front desk person said no, they don’t do that. She hesitated but paid. I didn’t say anything. When it was my turn, I went up and whispered to the front desk person hoping to be discreet. He got very upset with me and started raising his voice. I said, Sir, please stop yelling at me. I would like to change rooms or discuss alternative options. He picked up the phone and called someone to come back and clean the room because he didn’t know what to do. She said she would not return so he hung up. He then told me there was nothing he could do. He said the motel was full. I asked if we could discuss a refund and he started yelling again saying there was nothing he could do. I asked him for his name and he refused to give it to me. I said, well, I will be leaving then. As I was leaving, I apologized to the young women behind me for the disruption. The man behind the desk started yelling that I was the only person who has ever complained about a room. I couldn’t believe how poorly I was treated. I will continue to post about this incident on every social media outlet available.…
