We wanted a relaxing, rejuvenating trip to forget about work for awhile-- and the Iris Inn gave us just that. We stayed in one of the "luxury cabins" and it was gorgeous, cozy, and romantic. (Watch the video on the website!) Our favorite things included a hot tub on the deck, heated bathroom floors, and the fireplace. The staff is...

The website cannot show how beautiful this B and B is. From the moment you enter the parking area, you are surrounded by natural, serene beauty that continues into the custom decorated main hall with a multi storied fireplace. This Select Registry B and B will please the most discerning guest with its immaculate furnishings and gourmet breakfast you order...

Whether you want to lie in bed or swing on your porch swing, the views from the Iris Inn are extraordinary. Twinkling lights below or mountain ridges beyond are a bonus in this comfortable, welcoming inn. From help with your luggage to recommendations for breakfast, the innkeepers and their assistants provide five-star service with a smile. This is not ordinary...

First time visit and loved it. The staff is so friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. We stayed in one of the pet friendly cabins which was perfect for us. We had privacy when we wanted and could walk across to the main building in less than a minute. The views are amazing....

Only 20mns away from Charlottesville this place offers nice room in the main building but fantastic Cabins underneath the main property. These cabins are modern and very well built with quality materials and great style. Electric fire place, full kitchen with fridge & microwave, open glass shower, separate toilet area, and an outdoor Jacuzzi on the screened patio makes it...

Nice B & B at the end of skyline drive in Virginia. Breakfast was well done, Heidi, our innkeeper very friendly and accommodating. Several nice rooms which were large and well furnished. Quick location off I64.

We had a spectacular anniversary getaway made especially pleasing and memorable by the delights of the Iris Inn. The excellence of a fine inn is in its staff–all were most welcoming, helpful and informative at the Iris Inn. Our modernist cabin, one of six similar, was a work of art–genius in capturing the lovely setting. One cannot go wrong in...

Great privacy, cottage with hot tub and view. Everything we needed in one place, kitchenette, porch with rocking chairs, amazing design, power window shades, washer and dryer. Great B& B, wonderful selection for breakfast and right off the interstate over looking the valley. Only negative was the sound from the highway. Two nights not enough, we could have used one...

My boyfriend and I visited the Iris Inn for a quick, four day, getaway. I had high expectations, but they were so far exceeded, it was mind blowing. Right off the bat, the staff was so welcoming and friendly! Our cabin looked like something out of a magazine! It felt so secluded and private, with a wonderful view of the...

Another sensational stay at the Iris Inn with Dave and Heidi, two of the most hospitable innkeepers you could want. The staff here is amazing--professional, helpful, friendly! We stayed in the Bird Room in the main house, so comfortable and spacious and clean. The kitchen staff excels giving you your breakfast made to order, with a great selection from the...
