We stayed in this Best Western for a week during our family vacation to Williamsburg. It is very well located for getting to all the major attractions in Wiliamsburg. Just over a mile from the Colonial Williamsburg Visitor Center, 10 minutes to Busch Gardens and Water Country, about 20 minutes to Yorktown and Jamestown. Also close to several good restaurants...

The purpose of this stay was a vacation and site see trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They rooms were decorated nicely and comfortable. The breakfasts were good and staff worked hard to replenish the food stocks and many guests took the opportunity to eat at the hotel instead of the many near by restaurants. This is a...

This hotel offered reasonable rates for the Williamsburg area. The breakfast that was offered was just okay, and very small and crowded breakfast area. But the rooms were clean as was the rest of the hotel.

Pretty busy hotel with many guest as it was a holiday week. Kids loved the pool. No real complaints but it could use a paint job. Breakfast was ok and it was in a good location. The gym needs to be updated as it has some pretty old equipment but that's not why I stayed their.

First the positive: room appointed well with nice bed, sleeper sofa, microfridge, microwave, hair dryer, coffee, alarm, HDTV, cable, and extra towels on request. They even have pool towels. My bathroom remodel was nice with faux marble. But on the negative, my shower curtain wouldn't stay closed so the floor was wet and it was steamy with no exhaust fan....

Room was very clean. Near all the attractions we wanted to go to. Pool was very crowded with children and breakfast was extremely crowded. Breakfast was too simple. Not enough tables & chairs. One morning went across street to Cracker Barrel. All in all we slept great and room was good. Staff was very knowledgable and friendly.

This is possibly one of the worst Best Western hotels you will visit. It looks tired from the outside but the inside is much worse. Our room had not been thoroughly cleaned in months- the dust was thick on all ledges, the wooden headboards were dirty and the coffee maker was covered in sticky/dirty finger marks. I cleaned the room...

Hotel is in an ideal location near Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Staff were friendly and helpful.
