Husband and I stayed here for a one night getaway. Front desk staff was very friendly. When we checked into our room, we found out the AC wasn't working so the nice gentleman at the front desk came down and reset it for us-all was good! Bed was very comfortable. Room had a microwave, TV, refrigerator. The decor was updated... More

This is definitely an older building but the recent updating is complete and we thought nicely done. The rooms were clean and had VERY comfortable QUEEN size beds which was a great plus. The color scheme and furniture were very nice too. The room included a microwave and refrigerator. The entire hotel is now Non-Smoking which is important to us.... More

Our family of four stayed in two queen beds and fit very comfortably. The pillows, bedding, furniture and bathroom were all spotless. The decor was very nice - not tacky like most cheap hotels - and the breakfast, while simple, included waffles, eggs and sausage. Check-in was easy. For the price we paid, we couldn't be happier. We were pleasantly... More

Staff was very helpful and friendly. We needed 2 rooms and they were next to each other so we could open the door between our rooms and treat it like a suite. Thank you so much!We loved it and would stay there or in one of your other locations without hesitation.

Let me start off by saying this was not a bad hotel for the price. But it was definitely odd. The energy saver sticker was still on the TV. One of the headboards (which were attached to the wall) was crooked. The light switch panel in the bathroom was crooked. The soap tray in the shower was slanted so that... More

I usually stay at Sleep Inn. The Sleep Inn in Historic Williamsburg was far and away the best Sleep Inn I've ever stayed in. The breakfast was great. The staff was great. The check in was quick and courteous. I would definitely recommend this Sleep Inn.

We stayed at this location for five nights during our visit to Williamsburg the week of June 23rd. The rooms were small but exactly what we were looking for, a clean and comfortable place to sleep. The complimentary breakfast was good and better than the complimentary breakfast I've experienced at other hotels. If you are looking for a convenient, clean,... More

We stayed overnight in Williamsburg at the Sleep Inn and we were very pleased. The desk clerk was very nice and most helpful. The room/beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The room is small and basic with a walk-in shower (which I liked). This is not a luxury high-end hotel but it was very nice and served our... More
