last minute reservation - heading north from NC and needed a stopover spot. This was a great value and very very convenient. Just off I-64 and close to historic Williamsburg, so we avoided the tourist traffic both in and out! The hotel rooms are fine, no frills and clean. When we arrived, it was H-O-T in the upper 80s. Pretty...

OUTSTANDING! This classic 1950's drive-up-to-your-door-motel has been maintained and enhanced with all of the charm and grace with which it was built, and is comfortably updated and cleaned for the 2017 traveler. Our King-suite-room was spacious, ample outlets, great TV reception, speedy wifi, deep soaking tub in bathroom and super-comfortable bed, linens and pillows. We stayed two nights and were...

My room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was adequate. The location was convenient to the historic area of Colonial Williamsburg, where I was attending a conference. The only small glitch was that the heating unit was blowing HOT, HOT, air one day when I returned to my room. When I was asked about turning on the air conditioning,...

If you are coming to Williamsburg and looking for a very good hotel on a budget this is the place for you. I stayed here for two days and was very pleased. It is an older property that is nicely maintained and the staff was very friendly. The room was large and the bedding comfortable. The hot tub was located...

Stayed 2 nights on Southern trip. About the most convenient place to the Historic Area. Hotel is old but quite comfy for the price. Very gracious check-in and treatment by front office. TV was fine, and Internet very slow at first, but improved dramatically (someone streaming movies in the next room?) All rooms drive-up with easy parking. Outside benches for...

When I first booked this hotel, I had my concerns because it was really cheap but I took my chances based on the reviews that I found here in TA. Well, it didn't disappoint me. The location was about a mile from Colonial Williamsburg so that is perfect for everybody even if you don't have a car. The place is...

We booked online and received a very low rate that included breakfast. I was impressed with the service and cleanliness. This was perfect for our family trip to discover Colonial Williamsburg. The hotel is less than a mile from all of the action. This was the perfect place to stay on a very limited budget for a couple of nights.

I guess you get what you pay for. The rate was cheap. The bed was clean and comfortable but the rug was dirty and the room was heavy with dust on the furniture. The thermostat did not work. The heat was stuck on and we had to open the door to cool the room. Eventually we had to turn it...

My decision to stay here was based on several recent reviews, so I made the mistake of arriving with high expectations. That being said, we made the most out of the time together and enjoyed our trip very much. We love Williamsburg and travel here often. PROS: -friendly staff (Dalton) -accommodated specific requests (end room, crib) -comfortable/safe/quiet area -walking distance...

We stayed at this hotel for a three night weekend. I was a little concerned about the condition of the hotel given the very reasonable price. My fears were totally unfounded and as another reviewer stated our stay was much better than expected. Our checkin was quick and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our king room...
