My wife and I checked in 12:45am with a gentlemen who seemed very annoyed that we were even breathing the same air as him. It was almost 1:30am by the time we got checked-in and we were gone before 7am. We did have our 22lbs (Basenji- doesn't bark, does not shed and is hypoallergenic) dog with us which we indicated at check-in. Had no idea (as we were not told by the annoyed Night Audit) that the pet fee was $100?!?! We were only there for 6 hours! Maybe this would be acceptable if your tubs were not caving in, leaking (there was standing water on the floor upon arrival....(at 1:30am) There was build-up on every vent in the room and dust everywhere. The dog hair (couldn't have come from my dog) was already in the room when we arrived. Too tired to care at that time, we simply went to sleep...Woke up the next morning and checked-out with a front desk agent with a Hawaiian shirt on...I've worked for Marriott in the past, they're typically better than this...…
Very nice hotel. Staff has gone above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Kate in sales was excellent in helping me out with my stay. She made sure I got everything that I needed. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a place to stay. Great location
We chose this hotel due to the proximity to all the destinations we had planned during our July trip. The ramps for 405 was just one block away. The hotel was sold out during the first weekend but we still were given a room in the back of the hotel overseeing the nature preserve. Much quieter here and scenic as well versus those rooms facing the 405 freeway. Masks were optional for vaccinated guests and no limits or restrictions for the gym, pool or breakfast areas. Our room was in good condition with no problems during our stay. Bed was comfortable but no so much the pull out sofa bed (too thin). To service the room required a reservation with the front desk as staff was limited. We could always find parking every night without any issues. The hotel key was needed to gain access to the garage. $10 per day fee was added for each car. Breakfast was self serve and limited in choices. Always scrambled eggs, rotating breakfast meats or pancakes were the hot items. Cereal, bagels, bread, fresh and cut fruit option, yogurt and oatmeal were the other options but not always in stock depending on the time of morning. The indoor pool was good for laps and the gyms was well equipped with cardio, free and machine weights. A filtered water cooler also a good find so we did. It need to buy bottled water. They were located on the T level or basement. Worth coming back in the future.…
We are used to good service and good to excellent rooms at Residence Inns. We have stayed at this Bellevue Residence Inn before and enjoyed our stay. We were coming for a Graduation and checked in with just enough time to change and get the the program. We were not thanked for being Reward members, we were given a room on the 3rd floor (of 7 stories). The view was of a cement wall....almost claustrophobic. And to make matters worse the people across the hall continually cooked foul smelling food. And they kept the door open so the smell filled the hall and our room when we opened the door. This went on for two days. We were short on time so didn't have time to request a room change. I did tell the front desk when checking out what a dire stay we had. I have not received any contact from Marriott. We'll not stay there again.…
Rooms are nice and modern. Beds are so comfy! They said there was a nice walking path but never found it - needed to take a right outside hotel and keep right! Great location 10 minutes from Seattle and close to TJs. Nice hot breakfast included!
Mine and several other cars have had their windows smashed in, and staff is indifferent. I understand that it’s park at your own risk, but when it becomes a common thing, maybe install some cameras? This is apparently something that happens on a weekly basis at this hotel. Nothing even gets stolen, windows are just smashed for no reason.
Anthony the Manager came out to greet us and acknowledge me as an Ambassador Elite promptly. I appreciated he and his team were attentive to our needs as we checked in early and especially accommodated us with expediting the cleaning our room for the early check-in. Thank you to him and the front desk team (I’m sorry I forgot all the wonderful ladies’ names there). They took COVID precautions and I felt that the facility was clean. I liked the hot breakfast options and would love it if they could add decaf coffee to the am service. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay, your service helps greatly. I liked my room had a view of the evergreens, too.
We checked into this hotel late in the evening and were exhausted from our travels. We got into the room and immediately noticed the road noise from the highway. Given our state of exhaustion we did not go back to the front desk to request a new room. Big mistake - probably the worst night of sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The windows appear to be double pane, however they must be very cheap. Management needs to replace the windows to cut down the noise.
Next downtown Bellevue, a pretty new hotel. The room is a bit small compared to other residence inns I stayed. The service was so so. When I checked in they did not tell me parking was not free, only when I checked out did I learned that it was 14 dollars a day. A big surprise! I am a titanium bon voy member but the treatment was absolutely not reflected.
stayed here a night while on business in Bellevue. it's away from the center of Bellevue so expect to drive or use their shuttle to take you. They are pretty good about that so use it when you can. the rooms are very nice with a big desk and beds were great. I was facing the nature preserve so it was really quiet and had a nice view. The bar area is small and the breakfast is ok but the Staff really hustles to make you feel welcomed. Good place for business travelers or families looking for a bigger room.
