I’m staying here for a week to look for a place to stay for my daughter. This courtyard is relatively recent. Very conveniently located in Bellevue, it has a paid parking, Starbucks is in the building. There’s is an excellent hotpot place just across the street. The rooms are spacious. And we were welcomed by a very friendly person at the reception, her name is June, a lovely girl, very helpful, offering to make reservations for restaurants.
We stayed here for a wedding reception nearby; the location is perfect! Within walking distance to so many restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and several huge shopping complex. We asked if we could check in early so we can get settled in and change, the Front Desk staff was super accommodating. Got the 5th floor courtyard side room. It was amazingly quiet. Never heard any traffic noise. The AC system is a bit noisy, however, since the weather was mild, we simply turned the system off. They have several COVID precautions set up. The parking garage is beyond gates, pretty safe and secure. The spaces are tight, so for large cars could be challenging. They have a bar/lounge that opened until 9 pm, but the TVs stayed on so people could enjoy the late night football game without having to go out to a crowded bar. It was very quiet and used by few. Excellent hotel stay especially for $103 for a king room + $20 parking.…
We stayed for a week at this hotel. Location is very good. They have coin operated washing machine and dryer which is very good. The rooms are pretty small and it wasnt cleaned properly. The air con in our room was terrible. It went from one extreme to another.. you could only have it on to full fan & high temperature - which is very noisy or you have to turn it off. So it was either super cold & noisy or hot & stuffy. We tried to lower the fan & temperature but its not working. I’m not sure whether its a COVID thing.. but you have to request for your room to be cleaned. The male staff at the reception were very nice and helfpful.. however, there’s a female staff who is very rude.. she cant be bother to be decent & especially with mask on.. she couldnt care about smiling or being nice. We requested our rooms to be cleaned but nothing happened & when we ask her questions, she would answer it rudely. Has COVID lower the standard of the hotel that it is no longer necessary to treat your guest decently??…
Smooth check-in / checkout procedure, the extremely friendly member of staff, welcome gift either points or USD 10 for each guest staying, lobby state of the art, swimming pool and fitness center could seek for a little bit of improvement. Rooms, clean and tidy, also a little bit of fashioned, but hey: all good. Williams and Marylin, both eager to exceed expectations, to ensure you are all set / having a great stay.
The lobby is beautiful! The customer service is amazing. They are very accommodating with any needs or requests. The underground parking was kind of creepy and costs $20 a day. Also, if you have a "courtyard" room you will be looking into the windows of people from all sides of the hotel, and also from a higher apartment building that towers over the hotel. The "courtyard view" is basically just looking down at the roof of an atrium and a few plants around the border. Definitely not a beautiful lush courtyard that I usually expect to see. I would try and get an exterior room on the next trip. Though quite small, the room was clean and well decorated. All in all, it was a pretty good place to stay while exploring super fun downtown Bellevue!
Very good value staying at the courtyard by Marriott Bellevue. The surrounding area is clean and safe and great for nighttime walks. The location is close to shopping malls and high end luxury stores. In the morning you ca grab a coffee and pastry from one of the local cafes. Unfortunately you have to pay for nightly parking which is a nuisance. Especially when the parking is only accessible to guests. It’s should be complimentary with the stay and only non-guests should have to pay. The rooms were fine but they need larger soaps and bottles of shampoo/conditioner. The pool and the gym are in good condition but I wish a hot tub was added. Overall I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. It’s only 30 mins outside of downtown Seattle and the area has a lot going for it.…
We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite, and it was lovely to have a sitting area, coffee, microwave, refrigerator, and comfortable bed. Clean! Staff was responsive to our needs, friendly, and helpful. Due to Covid, there was no food in the hotel but this was not a problem. Paul Mitchell products in the bathroom--nice. Very reasonably priced!
Ideal location and easy access to great restaurants, office buildings for Microsoft, Amazon, T-mobile, etc. Very close to downtown. Much reasonable price than the other downtown hotels. I don't remember that there was a full restaurant in the hotel but there are so many nicer restaurants downtown that you won't eat at the hotel for sure.
I attended a training conference at the hotel for 4 days. The staff was incredibly good especially considering that everyone in Seattle is dealing with the Covid 19 virus. They provided us with hand sanitizer, gloves and masks if we wanted. They wiped down every high touch surface every hour. Tonight a bunch of us had dinner in the Table 8 Restaurant. The butternut squash ravioli and creme brulee was delicious. Clara was our gracious server and bartender. She is a gem! Go visit and tell her that Julie from Alaska says Hi!
Your team went above and beyond entire stay. Asked for early arrival and front desk stated when available it will pop up on app but didn’t happen. Called and verified and it was. Once checked in had great personal greeting with comp bottled water. Agent explained how parking worked, breakfast costs and location and things around town. Room layout was kinda cramped feeling with king bed sideways; but the with the swivel TV it worked great! LOVED the bathroom layout and amenities. Room service was very fast and food was almost perfect (calamari was not crisp as all) Love you had a FULL Starbucks downstairs!
