We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at the Caron Ridge Luxury Cabins after our wedding! We loved the location (right across from Backwoods Brewery), the trails to walk around the property, hammock to read in as well as porch to sip coffee and read. The cabins were cozy and very clean! The huge bath was perfect, bed was comfy, owners were so kind and welcoming. We loved the little touches such as chalkboard congratulations sign when we arrived, fresh cookies as well as drinks and ice available in the office cabin. I have been recommending the cabins to friends and family and we can't wait to be back!

Carson Luxury Cabins are amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cabins are wonderful and decorated with the care and attention to detail that let you know the owners, Theresa and Richard, are truly dedicated to their guests having a first-class experience during their stay. The grounds are immaculate and have many options for taking an evening stroll and relaxing in a rocking chair while taking in the view or just sitting on your deck in your porch swing! When we checked in Tabitha was warm and friendly and offered us some delicious, fresh-baked cookies! The beds are comfortable and sheets and pillows quite comfy! Theresa and Richard provide a great book with ideas for so many things to do while you're in the area! And, as a bonus, they prepare and serve an amazing breakfast! We highly recommend you add the breakfast option if you head their way! If you're looking for a great place to stay, just a short, scenic 45 minute drive from Portland, you should go for a stay at Carson Luxury Cabins!

What a hidden gem! The entire property is beautifully landscaped and charming. The cabins are luxurious. Breakfast is delicious! And the hosts are so nice and helpful. The location is perfect -- 25 minutes from the historic waterfall area in one direction and 25 minutes from the town of Hood River in the other direction. My husband and I stayed in the Green Leaf Cabin. I loved sitting out on our little porch with the view of the meadow. And we felt very comfortable and pampered, taking full advantage of the fireplace, bath robes, bath salts, bath jets, etc.

OMG...Carson Ridge Luxury Cabins are beyond amazing, as are the "inn keepers," Tracy and Todd and their employee Tabitha. The rooms are gorgeous with so much wood and so creatively put together. The bed was incredibly comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. Gas fireplace and jacuzzi tub were perfect and kept us warm and cozy during a cold and rainy time in November. We will definitely go back in warmer weather so we can enjoy the property and lovely swing on the porch. Check out the different cabins and recognize that a few of them even allow dogs.

Amazing place to stay! My husband and I went here for our first anniversary and it was the perfect getaway! The hosts thought of everything as far as amenities available and had everything so nicely and beautifully set out. The cabins were luxurious and the food delicious!! Everything from the cabins to the grounds was immaculate. Truly well thought out and beautiful place to stay.

I rated this place very good because it is a well maintained place. The cabin was cozy and they had a lot of nice touches that made it a very pleasant stay. However, when booking this cabin the pictures make is appear as if it sits in the woods and that each cabin is private or secluded and that’s not the case. This property sits right on the road and the cabins are stacked together. While the noise wasn’t to bad from the traffic it was not what I was expecting. The other issue is that they offer the service of massages but unfortunately it’s not reliable. I booked our stay in July for September and right before our stay they changed our massage reservation 3 times. While we ended up getting our massages it was a hassle and caused us to rearrange plans. This is a nice place but I may have made another choice.

Theresa and Richard are the ideal host and hostess. Our cabin was ideal; comfy bed, cozy robes, plush towels, perfect size. The porch swing was the ideal place to start each morning, gazing at the bunny and squirrel romping in front of the meadow. Each morning we were served a 3 course breakfast which Theresa kindly adjusted to meet my dietary desires. The location is wilderness bliss and worked out great as a hub for our activities: golf, hiking, waterfall exploring, museums, and delicious dinners. We look forward to returning to enjoy other seasons in the meadow.

This was the last stay of a 2 week road trip and definitely the best! This was the cleanest property I have ever stayed in and my husband who has traveled extensively stated that "They have thought of everything!" The grounds are meticulously landscaped and maintained. The owners, Richard and Theresa, are delightful and went above and beyond in fishing for my glasses after I accidently flushed them down the toilet! The breakfasts were amazing and all of the staff were wonderful! We were traveling with our dog and they were most accommodating. I must say that I am typically not a bed and breakfast person, but this is not to be missed!

We stayed here, in the fishing creel cabin, last weekend for my husband's birthday. It was a perfect weekend away and a perfect place to stay. The cabin was so cozy with a large comfortable bed, comfortable chairs, and a jetted tub - just to name a few. They offer wine to enjoy in the cabin and movies to watch together. The details for decoration and comfort are top notch. We chose to have breakfast delivered to our room and it came in a basket with a whole setup of dishes, salt, pepper, napkins, etc. to enjoy in our cabin and it was absolutely delicious both mornings. My husband talked to Richard when he delivered it and Richard was very kind. We met Theresa when we were checking out and she was very nice as well. I highly recommend staying here. We loved it and will be staying again. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Absolutely fabulous bed & breakfast! The cabins are wonderful. Even though other cabins are nearby, the landscaping and the way things are laid out provide privacy. We loved sitting on our front porch playing cards. The hosts are delightful. They were very welcoming and accommodating. They had all the extra touches that really make you feel special. The breakfast was excellent , better than some more expensive places we stayed. We definitely recommend Carson Ridge Luxury Cabins!

Actually, we have one cabin, Knotty Pine, that has an electric stove and kitchen sink. We plan to remove it in the future, but for now it's usable.
Sandy J, my wife is a vegetarian as well. Just let Theresa, the owner, know the night before of any restrictions you have with meals. The owners are very accommodating and will help in anyway. Keep in mind they only serve breakfast.
We found a small cafe (bar) in Stevenson, just a few miles from Carson Ridge called The Big River Cafe which has great food and vegetarian options. You might want check them for dining options.
All of our cabins have 1 bed, in most cases it's a King bed. 2 of our cabins do have a Queen bed but none of our cabins currently have 2 beds.
