Sw Grand Mound,

Everything is inside the hotel, providing significant peace of mind for me (a single parent). My daughters are 9 and 14 and able to take advantage of all the different activities offered at the hotel. It is truly a vacation for ME! They get wristbands that open the hotel room door, so no missing key cards. It is safe. I...

Although it's a bit pricey, the all inclusiveness of Great Wolf Lodge makes for a fun family trip with lots of things to do besides swimming such as the arcade, MagicQuest/ShadowQuest/CompassQuest, spa, gym, mining activity, mini golf...

The rooms are average and clean. Dining options are also average. Buffet style. The water park is a lot of fun for kids of all ages, which is what made us choose GWL for spring break. Our stay was fun but it's very spendy. Next time we will bring our own food or eat else where because the buffet style...

The kids loved it, clean rooms, comfortable beds, very fun place for the kids. The only downfall was the resort fee of 30$ every night on top of the room price and tax which we were not expecting. The paw pass is definately worth buying.

It can get be expensive very fast doing the other actives that all kids want to do in Lodge. Food is not good at Great Wolf Lodge, Mall food courts have better food! Not enough sitting and chairs in the water park.

While GWL lives up to its reputation as a resort for kids, even my 11 year old daughter was almost too old for the place and found the environment loud, chaotic and annoying at times - and we were there during a downtime. In high season, I think we both would have been miserable. The sweet age for this would...

The waterpark is poorly maintained with rust and human hair being the least of the problems we experienced. I was there for one night and used the waterpark two different days. A bandaid was never removed from the stairs going up to the rides and huge amounts of human hair were hanging from a landing as you go up the...

Rooms are dirty. Friendly staff but it takes awhile for front desk to pick up their phone. Kids have fun here and it's close to home. The only concern I have is their room being pricey but it's not clean.

This place was way too packed and crazy for my family with young children to enjoy. Most of the activities were an additional price (not cheap). It seemed more like a place parents could take their children and let them run wild without supervision, not a place for family to spend time together.

If you want your kids to be obese go here and show them how! The rooms are outdated and need updating. Bed mattress was well used and pillow covers didn't even cover the pillows. Under the bed were all sorts of old surprises :0(. They charge a high cost but even the waterpark is aging and not worth the cost....
