We've been here three times in the last year. We keep coming back because of the heated indoor water park. The weather isn't the best in the Pacific Northwest. It's smaller than other parks we've visited but at least it's close for a quick weekend getaway. The price does add up with food, drinks, activities that aren't included. Basically the...

They need to pay attention to the upkeep. We had to stare and bird poop splattered all over our windows for the entire stay. There was grime all over the water park. It was gross. Areas of the lodge were closed without prior warning.

Stayed with our family of 4 for just one night. Have been wanting to go for awhile, but the deal on Group on made us take the plunge, and we are glad we did. Probably wouldn't pay full price for a room, but the groupon rate and dining credit were great. The line for check ib at 2pm on a...

Howla for a fun way to ring in our son's fifth birthday with friends and family! Perfect for a short get away with kids of any age...though I cannot imagine staying longer than one or two nights due to the frenetic atmosphere. Not a place to go if rest and relaxation are what you are looking for.

Everything was great, except story time. The animated story is quite creepy, and you could barely hear one of the characters, and the animated girls arms were broken so she moved like a zombie. The story teller may as well have been reading a newspaper to the children. She didn't care at all it seemed. Otherwise, all was great! I...

The hotel was great, clean and fun. We love Great Wolf Lodge because it's an easy vacation with very little planning to do. We only spent time at the water park because we did not want to pay extra for the other activities, but this was enough for our three girls ages, 6, 4 and 1.

Went to Ground Mound Great Wolf for our sons 13th birthday. There were 12 of us all together. Had a great great time. Fun for all ages... Grandpa to my 2 year old niece. Water activities are a lot of fun and the new obstacle course rocks

went with 5 families, we all had rooms right next to each other, rented the cabana in the water park. totally worth the extra cost!! food at the park is expensive so plan for that. public bathrooms in water park are often messy.

I have stayed here a feweek times before. I like the kids room with the bunk beds. But for a single parent it's still pretty expensive. I enjoy that it's family friendly. My kids are pretty far apart age wise and there seems to still be something for each of us. Hot tub needs to be hotter. And no kids....

Travel - We just stayed at the GWL in Grand Mound last weekend. Coming from Poco on a Saturday it took 5.5hrs to get to Tumwater on the I5 but coming back was worse 7hrs due to rush hour in Tacoma, Seattle and Marysville. Hotel - We stayed at an economy hotel on Saturday night and had an awful night...
