No free breakfast. I was offered a free Starbucks. After waiting for a long time to have someone come out from the kitchen to wait on me I was told that it had to be a tall (smallest size available) and only coffee - no latte, etc. Well, welcome to Marriott !

Dear Bryan H., Thank you so much for your feedback. You are correct, Courtyard by Marriott hotels do not provide complimentary breakfast with a regular rate. If having a breakfast included with your rate is very important to you when you travel, I would like to recommend our Stay for Breakfast Package, which is always available and can be added...

This is an updated Courtyard with the new lobby and Bistro which I love. A local said it's close to a lot of businesses as well as EverGreen Hospital, and there are shops and restaurants across the street. But you're not by the lake or in the "happening' part of Kirkland. So if a surburban vibe is your thing, this...

I am a dedicated reader of & have been a "frequent poster" on Trip Advisor. Recently, I called this hotel's local number & booked it for 2 different nights. Despite recent poor reviews on TA, I took a chance with this Courtyard because of its convenient location. The poor reviews have been about customer service at front desk. When I...

Dear momziekins, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. Please accept my apologies for less than perfect reservation experience. I am sorry to hear that you have been put on hold while we were assisting other guests at the Front Desk and we were not able to answer your questions momentarily. It is our policy to assist...

I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, parking is free and the room was spacious. There was a couch, coffee table, microwave, coffee maker, free wi-fi (can upgrade for a fee but the free version was enough for me). I would definitely stay here again.

A very nice Courtyard with an exceptional staff! The Bistro is very nice, extremely convenient and ready to serve the guests at almost anytime! Additionally, the hotel is located around a bunch of restaurants if you need something else, with many less than a block away! Fitness center was more than adequate!! Very nice place, high recommend to others!!

Hotel is a standard Courtyard with a modern lobby and a trendy bistro/Starbucks. Rooms are well maintained, and bed was comfortable. This property is well maintained, but a bit noisy. My biggest complaint is how incredibly slow check it was. It felt like I was a bother to the front desk to even check in. The lady was RUDE and...

Front desk attention was spotty at best. We were charged for our room even though we had already paid for it through Alaska air vacations. Tried to point this out and were told to take care of it ourselves through Alaska air which had already paid the Marriot. Our receipt which we were given upon check-out showed 0 balance but...

Dear Mr. Hastings, Thank you so much for providing your valuable feedback. I am sorry to hear that there was a misunderstanding about a method of payment. While most of the travel agencies are pre-charging your credit card for your entire trip package, hotels are often not paid until your actual departure from the hotel. When it comes to an...

Got off the cruise ship, rented a car, drove to Kirkland as a place to venture out of into wine country. Amazingly the morning went so quickly that we arrived at 11 am and never dreamed that we would be able to get into our room but they had a room available! Easy on and off the expressway and while...

I stayed here for a two-week business trip in the Seattle/Kirkland area. Very good location, the only downside is that traffic south towards Kirkland/Bellevue (and Seattle) is very heavy in the morning. But as a base to explore the area, and for weekend activities, it's a very good choice. The hotel itself was good - very clean, nice rooms, helpful...
