For a wonderful dining experience in Kirkland it's Trellis in the Heathman. We live inKirkland and normally would recommend eating in a hotel but Trellis is wonderful. The location, setting, food and service is 5 star.

This is not a review on the Heathman Hotel but strictly on the Penterra Spa located in the hotel. I recently scheduled a 60 minute massage at the spa and was very much looking forward to a relaxing experience. The staff at the check in desk was very friendly however the massage was absolutely the worst massage I have ever...

Our experience was great from the time we checked in until we checked out. Very friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast at the Trellis were excellent. Great value for a boutique hotel.

settled in the nice, european style town of Kirkland, close to Redmond (Microsoft), Bellevue/WA, downtown Seattle, close to the shores of Lake Washinton, surrounded by many nice and cozy restaurants and european style shops I encountered phantastic service in the hotel : very attentive, spacious room with gas fire grill, very quiet rooms, wonderful bathroom with rain shower, internet access...

The experience was amazing. Everyone even pronounced my name correctly. Rooms were very clean but the heater was noisy and the street noise was loud. My room was located in the NE corner of the building. My keys did not work when I tried to access my room so I was issued new keys to the same room and another...

We're so glad to see the Heathman on Trip Advisor's list of the best hotels! What a beautiful boutique-style property. The rooms are very comfortable, and the service is great, and while the location might not seem Ideal to travelers thinking Seattle is the only place to be in this area, it's actually perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's not...

My family and I are from Los Angeles and we spent 6 nights over Christmas visiting our son who goes to college in Kirkland. This was our 5th stay this year. We love it! Everyone makes us feel right at home. The wonderful service, the beautiful rooms and the great food keeps us coming back to the Heathman. The location...

We stayed here for 5 days while visiting family over the holidays. Great walking location to everything Kirkland. Clean and comfortable hotel, great meals/drinks, excellent staff. The pedicure by Julie in the Spa was one of the best I've had. Watch for on-line specials. We actually had the fire alarm go off in the middle of the night and everyone...

I have never stayed in such a beautiful hotel. I have stayed at the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco, among others, and the Heathman makes the Hyatt look like a second-rate motel. It was so clean, up to date, and the rooms we had were so luxurious (one night we stayed in the top-floor King Suite with a fireplace) it...
