Our room was spotless, efficient, quiet. It had an old worldly charm. We could walk to any shop or restaurant along with a stroll along the waterfront. Two excellent features were the wonderful coffee in the morning and free bottled water for guests. Highly recommended.

Very cute and very clean rooms. We got a room over looking the courtyard which was lovely and quiet. We didn't get to spend much time there as my husband was playing a gig that night (why we were in the area) and we didn't get to the hotel until 1:00 am. We will come back again. The staff was...

Again, we drove into town with no reservation for the night. We accidentally found the Hotel Planter and they had a room available. Dan, the owner just happened to be the one on duty and he is a very nice man. The Hotel is downtown, across from the best cafe in town, and a stones throw from the wharf. The...

This Historic Hotel lives up to it's reputation. The Courtyard is cozy and Staff is friendly. The rooms are small but more than adequate. Being right in the heart of La Connor puts all of this friendly community. I'd recommend the bakery across the street for coffee, pastries, and or an amazing breakfast. You will only be minutes from the...

Went with 2 girlfriends for an escape weekend. Lots of daffodils, too early for tulips which was good because the town really fills for the tulip festival. So much fun. Great welcome, clean, well furnished rooms right in the heart of town. For quiet, get a room overlooking the courtyard.

This restored, heritage hotel was the perfect stay in La Conner. The rooms are lovingly furnished to match the architecture of this beautiful building. Lots of fun shops, museums, and restaurants to walk to and shed that big city stress! The check in was quick, efficient, and friendly. My room overlooked the garden and patio down below. Overall a wonderful...

My wife and I recently stayed here on a Living Social offer. The hotel is small, with only 12 rooms, but is perfect for visiting La Conner. The rooms are not excessively large, but all have an ensuite bathroom, with shower, big towels, and memory foam mattresses. The hotel rooms are on the second floor of a retail building at...

We were in town for one night. The Hotel Planter was perfect for a late arrival, free parking, coffee and tea complimentary just outside our room and walking distance to dinner. We just wished that we could have arrived a bit earlier to enjoy a stroll around town checking out the cute shops. But it's winter and everything closes up...

Old, historic hotel with an interesting history. Updated nicely. Fair warning - the walls are a bit thin so it can get a little noisy, which could be a problem if you're a light sleeper. Regardless, if felt a bit like a little European getaway.... enjoy!

My wife and I had a great stay, with a great view of the Main Street. The hotel was very historic which is what we enjoy. The people working the front desk were very helpful and informative. We will definitely be back to this wonderful little town.
