We had a golf trip that included the Leavenworth Golf Course (starting in 1927, before the Bavarian theme of the 1950s). Another couple was staying at Der Ritterhof so we booked here too. I was surprised how big it was -- our room was in...More

This property is located right on the main street of Leavenworth. Certainly within walking distance to the town square, although, if it's cold/rainy you could be excused for driving.

The pet friendly rooms are on the first floor. Each room has a glass sliding door that opens to a lawn outside your room. We don't have a dog, but it seems like a nice set up for someone traveling with a dog - a very large grass area for them to run around. It's no trouble leaving your dog in the room while you go out on the town, but if they are a barker they may call you to come back and take care of your dog.
