Love this place. We stumbled upon it last year after an impromptu trip to Long Beach (after a disappointing stay in Ocean Shores) and lucked out getting the last available room during the annual Kite Festival. We've been back 3 times since then - twice with my husband and 7 yr old and most recently with just my husband and...

The Adrift was clean, comfortable, great rate and I love the industrial chic vibe it has. Definitely not your run of the mill chain hotel. Great location, near the beach and downtown Long Beach. Will stay again next time I'm in Long Beach.

We loved being right on the beach. And it was great to have free use of the bikes along with games/dvds/ beverage bar. This is a fun place to stay though the room is very basic and small. The restaurant provides a great view of the coast, but a bit pricey for the casual feel of the hotel.

I have stayed in the west side. I was very please with the west side. The east side a completely different story...walls are so thin, I could here every conversation with my neighbors. The bathroom smelled like old urine.

Love this location and hotel. It is very dog friendly which is a draw for us because we have two. We came for a weekend of beach walking and surfing lessons. Pickled Fish has incredible food and drinks and the beach bikes and Discovery Trail was so much fun. Housekeeping could have been more responsive-

Went there to get a much needed break and were very disappointed. The hotel was very loud and basic. Wanted to try the restaurant but couldn't get seated even tho there were at least 6 open tables that no one sat at while we waited 45 minutes to an hour!! Finally left discussed! Very loud noises very early in the...

Good , it would be a great place for couples to go and hang out and enjoy the bar , the rooms seemed to me more suited for adults rather then children , I will be back . To take in some drinks and live music

Room was on 2nd floor, no amenities coffee maker, microwave hair dryer, no carpeting on floor, chairs were plastic patio type. Poor management, noisy until after midnight, ice bucket was an aluminum pail that wouldn't fit in the little ice box. A nice ocean view room. We will not go back. They will bring a coffee maker, there's a micro...

We visit the Adrift several times per year. We love that it is dog friendly and its proximity to the beach. The rooms are clean (I love the lack of carpeting) and the staff is friendly and helpful. We will return soon.

The Adrift has a nice ocean view, poor management, lack of amenities in the room, parking is OK but they don't keep track of cars parked in their lots if they are customers or not as they don't take a license number or car description when checking in. Very noisy till after midnight. Restaurant is OK not a big menu...
