We had stayed here before and found it exceptional, but this time I couldn't give it 5 stars. The rooms weren't cleaned well, found stuff under a bed from previous person. Rooms were warm and stuffy at night and beds just weren't great for how much you pay. Not a good night sleep and left feeling let down.

Very nice cabins that were clean, spacious and comfortable. Fully operational and well equipped kitchen. A trail in back of the property led down to a nice beach. Owner appears to given much attention to decorating and supplies. Lots of indoor and outdoor games for family and children. Highly recommend.

Just got back from a 2 night stay in Cottage #10. These cottages are my favorite place in Long Beach - so comfortable and accommodating, friendly hosts! #10 has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a dining area and roomy living room, and sliding doors to view the lovely outdoors. These are older cottages, but everything is very clean, well-maintained, and... More

When you step into the cottage, it is like stepping back into the 50's. In a good way. Everything is spotless, well maintained, and works. The staff is great, friendly, helpful, and know their stuff. The bed and furniture are comfy and inviting, and the older fittings are a really nice touch. If you are looking for modern, hip, and... More

Great place to spend a weekend away. One thing of note is that in room 1 (not sure if all rooms are the same) the ceilings are a bit low. I'm 6'5" and was constantly feeling like I was about to brush my head against the ceiling even though I had about 5 inches of clearance. But other than that... More

Awesome hosts! Great rooms, and we were able to take our furbabies! Cozy, comfortable, feels like home! Always stay here when we go to the coast. Close to town, yet far enough away as to enjoy the quiet, deer were a big plus for our enjoyment! Cottage 5 is our personnel favorite, but 9. Offers the most comfortable furniture ,

My wife and I got married August 29th of 2015. I completely forgot about writing a review, but here I am now! They were so nice, and worked with us. We had a lot of family coming and we wanted to be right next door to one another. There was one person staying in a room, and they were able... More

Have stayed several times here and the cabins have always been clean and well equipped. They are nothing fancy but offer separate bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens and dining tables and some also have a wood burning fireplace.

We stayed in cottage #2. Very comfortable and cozy. It had everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful place. Loved the decor. Our dogs enjoyed it as well, very pet friendly. Management was polite and very helpful and accomodating with everything to meet our need. Looking forward to staying there again.

While we liked the vintage appeal of the cottage we stayed in (#4), comfort was nowhere to be found. The bed felt like it hadn't been replaced since the 1950's (rock hard, thin blanket, and dingy bedding). The futon in the living room was a bit more comfortable, but it was covered with a loose, wrinkly bed sheet. Common hotel... More
