I love this place and go every year with family and friends. Great at accommodating special food requirements like vegetarian, no dairy, no gluten. The meal menu changes each day. One of my favorites is the country bacon at breakfast. With the family style meals, it is great for any size group (individual to large group). I've made some new...

Just returned from a relaxing, enjoyable time at the Inn -- great winter get-away for a few days cross-country skiing in the beauty of the Mazama valley. My room was comfortable and the front-desk and dining staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating. It was fun to meet fellow guests at meal times and enjoy the extensive movie collection. Really helpful...

We stayed for 4 days and had excellent service from everyone at the inn. All the meals were served family style which meant we had the opportunity to meet a lot of the other guests. What a great experience spending our meals sharing our adventures on the trails and finding out about all the other guests. The lodge is rustic...

We just had a family gathering at this exceptional quiet spot. The lodge is exactly what you picture anytime you hear the term "Mountain Lodge". We discovered that this time of the year,(between Thanksgiving and Christmas) is off season. We had the whole lodge to our selves and it felt as if we were at home, a large very cool...

Good value for a large group but not perfect for intimate smaller group. It was the farthest back cabin so good for us as we had two puppies. Was not as clean as I would have liked - glasses dirty and silverware not clean for example and food globs on cabinets but rest of house quite clean. Furniture was cheap...

We thank you for bringing these issues to our attention! There is no excuse for things not being up to our usual cleanliness standards. We will keep an eye on this, and again, thank you and we hope to see you come back!

We stayed in the main lodge which is very clean, great decor, quiet need I say more? The staff is great and eager to help if needed. The breakfast in the lodge excellent. It is a great area to ride bikes and hike. We can't wait to cross country ski this year. They have other lodgings on the site, which...

This is our third year at this inn with our large group of hikers. This location is so accessible to all the trail heads in the Washington pass areas. I agree with other reviewers that the rooms are nothing fancy, but they are comfortable, clean and quiet. The food in the restaurant is well prepared. The staff are pleasant and...

We were tempted to rate this POOR but will rate it overall AVERAGE based on terrific location; if you want to explore the Washington Pass area, this is still a good option when weighed against the limited alternatives costing far more money and/or time driving. The bad: we knew it was going to be on the rustic side (no TV,...

Wow! Well at least you liked our location! We are sorry that you did not have an excellent time at the Inn! People find that are many good options for meals in the Methow area. In the summer we serve dinner Thursday through Sunday, and breakfast every day, and we serve a Continental Breakfast (gratis and very popular!) if the...

This is not 5 star fancy it is 5 star comfortable, peaceful, and friendly. It puts you in the middle of Mazama and close to North Cascades National Park. The nearby country store and Goatsbeard outdoor clothing are also fantastic..

We were in the Birch Room (room 10) at the Inn. This room has a loft bedroom. We were only staying the one night and unfortunately we arrived later than we originally anticipated. We were planning on spending the next day at North Cascades National Park so we were looking for a close place to stay. This definitely hit the...
