Considering there is not much to choose from in this tiny community, the Rain Forest Resort wasn't too bad. Pros: Even though the rooms are old, having two bedrooms was a joy for my brother and I, who needed some separate space for a night. The view from the front bedroom was beautiful. The little store was great and I...

We stayed at one of the two park side suites which is a newer building and was perfect if you want privacy. Hiking trail close by, so you can walk right out of the resort and head on a trail to Quinaut lake lodge crossing a water fall. The Salmon House was Fantastic and reasonably price, I recommend having dinner...

We took our sweet time driving here last Friday, stopping to see almost every photogenic thing along the way. By the time we got here, just before sunset, it started to rain. So nice to walk into a cabin with the fireplace already on. There was wifi, tv and soft towels. You could hear the roar of the creek flowing...

We loved our stay here. The only problem was that we could only stay one night. The staff was very friendly and provided us with maps and suggestions on local hikes. The room was clean and had everything we needed - including a wonderful view of the lake from our balcony.

When the Lake Quinault Lodge was full, Rain Forest Resort Village, just down the road a few minutes was recommended to us. The rooms are older and definitely dated a bit, but clean and roomy - two separate rooms, one with a bed and the other with a couch and chairs. The sitting room faces the lake and views are...

Staying in this village is a must when traveling around the Olympic Peninsula. They have a variety of indoor room options to choose from—inns, cabins, suites—or if you prefer being outdoors you can bring your RV and hook it up in their campground. My favorite lodging feature is their inns. Each inn comes with your own bathroom—including a toilet, shower/tub,...

The bed was comfortable, rooms were clean, but the rooms were very small. My room had a radiant heater on the floor and I suppose if I wanted coolness (thank God it was October) I could have used the box fan in the room. Just a warning the security lights on the walkways shine into the rooms by the stairs,...

We stayed in a motel room (two rooms with a queen bed in each room) on the first floor with a view of the lake. The rooms are dated with no microwave or refrigerator. The beds are comfortable and the room was clean. There is a microwave you can use in the adjacent store, where you check in, and the...

Great views of lake from restaurant or lakeside rooms. Great location to Olympic National Park. Have hiking trails right off parking lot. A good on site resturant. Room is dated & "worn" but clean & kept. A very simple add would be a mini fridge - unusual to see rooms now a days (especially at this room rate) without them.

This is quaint, simple and easy, right on the North Shore drive. Views of the lake are lovely, cabins are simple and clean, great walking in this area along the lake, in forests, to waterfalls and trail heads. Great checkin process, very kind staff.
