Me and my entire family stayed here before (13 people) and after (17 people) our cruise. Every single employee we came in contact with was extremely helpful and pleasant. They went above and beyond to assist us with all of our request and needs. They...More
I stayed here this week and the hotel itself is aging. The furniture in the lobby and breakfast area has seen better days and is outdated but they know it. The pool and fitness center are currently closed as a first step in a building...More

Hotel staff very cordial and helpful. Booked prior to cruise, breakfast was good typical hotel, and staff excellent. Questions on local restaurants however lacking. Rooms were always clean an G quiet considering near airport.

We walked from the Hilton to Gregory's to eat early in the mornings & also around 5 p.m. several times. Did not notice anyone who didn't look as tho' they belonged there, getting off the bus, to go to work, for example. Area kept clean and not many persons around at all. We are familiar with "bad" areas in Toledo area and this neighborhood facing the busy Blvd. APPEARS to be calm. Of course, seniors wouldn't be out after dark, walking, anyway. Hope this helps.
