I recently stayed at the Juan de Fuca cottages in Sequim, Washington. It was fabulous. The cottages have great views of the strait of Juan de Fuca. There is a beach across the street for beach combing. The people who work there are very friendly. While there I saw 4 male bald eagles and 2 female ones. I went to...

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Juan de Fuca Cottages. At check in the receptionist was exceptionally friendly and gave us maps and recommendations for outings. We stayed in the fireplace room, which had a large jacuzzi tub for two, was extremely clean, and had everything we needed including wood for the fireplace, dish soap, shampoo and...

Spent three nights at the Juan de Fuca Cottages in Sequim. Gorgeous view of Dungeness Bay and Vancouver Island on one side and the Olympic Range on the other. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating. We were enjoying ourselves so much we stayed another night and they were happy to oblige us. Shelley and Liz at the front desk were...

We settled on the Juan de Fuca Cottages after digging pretty hard to find a good place in the off season. Frankly, it doesn't look like the area has any truly high-end options, which is probably a good thing, since it keeps things more low-key and a bit funky. But I would have liked an option with a bit more...

Fireplace cottage was our home for 3 nights. We settled right in enjoying the little kitchen amidst the warm atmosphere. The sunsets were easily savored from our wide living room window (October's weather was a bit too cool for long sits.); one morning we delighted in some fawns playing tag just outside our kitchen! The location was just far enough...

Stayed three nights in the Honeymoon cottage - the last one available when booking. What a spot to stay, it was peaceful, warm and very comfortable. Took a bottle of wine down to the beach to relax and watch the sun set - it was awesome and to add extra interest a seal swam by, fish leapt and a heron...

Chose this place after getting off the ferry from Victoria, and we're glad we did, what a neat place! Very, very clean and nice and quiet. Great views and I'm not sure we've ever seen a nicer sunset. Was a bit out of the way, as it's east of Port Angeles, and our ultimate travel plans were taking us west,...

We stayed in the "Fireplace Cottage" for three nights, and enjoyed the casual feel of the space and how it was in-between many of our area highlights. We had wine & cheese on the front porch, saw spectacular sunsets from outside & inside, and walked the rocky beach across the street. We visited the Dungeness Spit, Crescent Lake in the...

I loved my stay here. Great views, rooms were lovely, well kept and clean. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to us. Made our stay so much nicer. Sunset was spectacular, the beach view the best, our neighbors were llama, cows and doe. Would stay again.

Lovely private cottages, all with outstanding views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the seagoing vessels are a constant attraction for us. The owners, Tom and Missy, and staff go out of their way to ensure total satisfaction. Each cottage is nicely furnished and kitchens are complete with dishes and utensils. The beds are new and very comfortable....
