hotel has no control over road closures. However, they do have control, or should have control on how the hotel services are provided. Employees went home never came back. Rude, not helpful at all. Restaurant closed, no maid service, vending machines broken.
Horrible customer service, manager is rude and swindler. Harasses guests and other people in hotel. Very outdated rooms. Very hard to understand some of staff and no guarantee on any service sometimes or having someone on phone to resolve issues.
