I loved this hotel!! Affordable and luxurious but not pretentious. Top notch service and I loved the glass art theme showcasing a different glass artist on every floor. Cozy lounge with a great happy hour. Wish I was there now.

I have stayed at the Murano for business each year for the past 10 or so years. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. They do their best to be professional and personable and I do feel welcome here each time! It is nice to see familiar faces each year I return. This year there were less of the same...

My Standard Poodle and I were staying at the Murano for the April Northwest Grooming Show. The facilities were excellent for this venue. Great grassy area to let the dogs out friendly and helpful staff. I especially enjoyed the bar atmosphere, and modern fireplace, very cozy. It would be nice if there were more healthy options on the menus.

Tacoma's Hotel Murano has all the accoutrements of a 5 Star accommodation but could pay closer attention to some details. It's a beautiful location, in spite of the cold war era facade on the exterior. The service was great. The staff was friendly. Great location to nearby breweries, a cowboy bar, and more. Our only disappointment was the cleanliness of...

We had a great stay at Hotel Murano, the highlight was all the dogs for the grooming show. The location was perfect for what we needed. The staff were very friendly and professional. We will defiantly stay again.

Always an enjoyable time at the Murano. The rooms are always clean decorated beautifully. I enjoy using the fitness center but it was partially under construction and a few machines were out of commission which was a bummer. I did see a sign that offered a pass to another gym off site, but I was leaving the hotel before I...

We picked Hotel Murano due to its location. You can walk to the Glass Bridge, Union Station, several museums, Pacific Grill and several other nice restaurants. There are rooms with views to Puget Sound. Each floor features a different artist. Staff we dealt with where friendly and well informed.

I stayed in the Hotel Murano because of its proximity to the museums that i wished to visit. The valet was extremely helpful in supplying maps and directions. Restaurant "Bite" was very good. It is worth visiting all of the floors in the hotel to view the varying glass works displayed on each floor

The glass artists featured throughout this hotel really make it unique. Service was good in all areas and we felt the staff was genuinely interested in making our stay easy and pleasant. The one drawback is that I would not recommend this for families with young children (it was fine for us with teenagers).
