Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Great Gym and business center. Exceptionally great service at every level from Check in, restaurant and everywhere else. Great restaurant with good menu. We had a very pleasant stay.

Hotel Murano is a fantastic venue for wedding party with onsite bar and dining and right in the heart of Tacoma's premier attractions. It is a boutique hotel featuring a different glass artist on each of its 24 floors, and right around the corner from the Glass Muesum and famous Chilhouly glass bridge. Rooms are comfortably appointed with all the... More

This hotel is one of my favorite hotels, especially in this price range. The decor is fun and inviting. The beds are really comfortable and the room service has the best hotel food for sure! We ordered quesadillas, the cheese plate and the hummus. All really amazing. We had breakfast during our last stay. The breakfast was better than most... More

The Championship Experience that the Hotel Murano offers is a must do for anyone who is into golf. Firstly the hotel is beautiful and modern. They display beautiful art work everywhere and even have fragrance is the air which I thought was a nice touch. The package included free parking and wifi and breakfast. So it takes all the extra... I was disappointed in the selection of breakfast in the patron lounge. I would not recommend staying on the patron levels. None of the extra amenities on patron level were worth the price increase. The beds were comfortable and the noise level was low which made it easy to get good night sleep!

Property makes a rather stunning first impression, but the patina quickly wears off. Outdated technology was the main disappointment. Internet connectivity was spotty, at best, and miserably slow at that. Advertised at 5mbps, it was often well below 1mbps, and that was when DNS was working at all. There were long periods of no Internet access whatsoever, which may be... More

I have stayed at the Murano several times while attending conferences at the Convention center. I love the location and focus on art work. The price is reasonable for a city. Staff are very friendly. I only mark down because the WiFi was the worst I have seen, essentially unusable even for the most basic needs. In this day and... More

No issues, no problems, excellent service, friendly staff. We stayed here while attending a conference in the Tacoma Conference Center. The parking was easy and the hotel is right across from the conference center. There are numerous restaurants and museums within walking distance.
